I love this tallow balm. I have tried a few different companies products but you just can't go past the price. Smells lovely. I lather it all over my face, neck and chest every morning and evening. My grandson gets covered in it after his bath. I always buy a 3 pack, so I always have a spare to give away. Just can't say enough about this product. Ships pretty quickly too. Thank you!

I've been using Primal Pantry Tallow balm for about 3 months now. I tell you what, i will NEVER go back to using other mainstream skincare products. I love both the Frankinsence and Manuka Honey/Blue Tansy products. Both are equally amazing.

I am 45, and have super sensitive skin.My skin loves drinking this product. There's a noticeable change in my skin tone. Wrinkles are softened, skin is super hydrated, pores have shrunk and the balm (Blue tansy) has reduced facial redness.

The smell isn't the greatest but the results are worth getting over the smell.

I’ve had so much trouble with eczema on my hands as I got older, I never had eczema as a kid. My brother and son both suffered from it. I used every steroid cream and spent $100’s on different creams. This was my cure.
I love the lavender scented balm. I use it daily and now my hands are so much better.
My work mates use to see how bad my hands would get, sometimes I couldn’t bend my fingers coz of the pain I had with cuts and peeling skin. Most days I would have to have my hands and fingers bandaged. I’m a nurse so my hands are washed a lot so it wasn’t ideal to have plasters over my hands and fingers while working.
I recommend this balm to anyone who’s tried everything. It really has changed my hands lives. I’ve recommended it to many people and they love it also.
They are delivered very fast. I’m on my 7th jar already. Definitely worth it.

I’ve tried so many lip balms over the years and this one from Primal Pantry is definitely a new favorite. It’s super smooth not sticky at all and actually keeps my lips soft for hours. I don’t have to constantly reapply which is a huge win. Love that it’s made with natural ingredients and no weird chemicals or strong scents. Totally recommend if anyone wants something that actually works and feels good on their lips!

I’m an avid hiker and my feet can get sore and dry. lathering balm on my feet and putting a sock on for a couple hours has made them so much better :)

So glad I purchased from Primal Pantry! I deal with a lot of harsh chemicals at my job that leave my hands dry and sore but the Vanilla Rose Balm has helped so much. I’m impressed with the products and found the customer service amazing, will be buying again :-)

I have such dry and sensitive skin and have tried so many different brands, this product is the winner for me! So glad a friend recommended this product to me. The combination of the natural soap then the honey moisturiser is my repeated order!

Amazing how great this works. I have been using it on my daughters dermatitis and it's helping it clear up so well. Have also been using it myself as a face moisturiser and it's making my skin feel so smooth. Love the vanilla rose flavour and so handy I can now get it at my local supermarket.

Love what this product does. Took a little bit to get used to smell but we know what it's made of right. I then found manuka honey and vanilla and now I'm obsessed. Smells yummy:) I had 54 year old hands - now I dont. My hands are so much smoother. I had one delivery with a cracked jar. Emailed them, the next day I received notification about them shipping out a replacement. Great company. I have so many of my friends using the product and they love it to.

What a great product. I read some of the reviews and everyone complaining about the smell - you do actually know what it is made from right? And if they were to mask the smell they say they smell, then it wouldn't be a natural product anymore. I bought it, customer service was fantastic and the product is divine on my skin.
It doesn't leave a film on your skin and no sticky residue like others I have tried. My skin feels great after using it! And I can hardly smell any of the beef smell people claim to smell. ❤️

I bought this because they claimed it would clear up my eczema, unfortunately it did absolutely nothing. I don't even find it to be a good moisturiser. I also note, the reviews they have on their site are what they post by choice, there is no option to leave a review on their site, they just quote from FB. Luckily it's cheap. In addition, I purchased the scent free version and I can confirm it definitely has a scent.

Terrible product. I received my three bottles in the mail after about 10 days of ordering. I opened the bottle and applied immediately to my psoriasis on my arm. Within seconds, I realised how horrendous the smell was. So foul. If you can imagine smelling like an old Sunday Roast. I showered immediately and emailed support. They replied and sent a no refund link, advising of the legalities of their refund policy. I hadn’t even opened 2 of the jars. I’m absolutely disgusted with this company. They delete any negative feedback on Facebook and block. I do not believe all positive feedback is legit on their social media. As a health professional in General Practice, I take psoriasis seriously. My opened jar is at work, and anytime Primary Pantry is mentioned, I show my patients and let them open the jar. Not one patient has ordered it since inspecting mine, and even work colleagues have been dry reaching. This company seems interested in a quick purchase using clever marketing. Trustpilot is a legitimate site, and you can see other negative reviews below mine. Primal Pantry- part of owning a company is accepting some critical feedback!

Terrible product, face cream really smelt like a deep fryer. Website deletes all negative reviews, or they block you if you ask questions that in itself should indicate they can't be trusted.

Hey guys I’ve been struggling with Periotal dermatitis off and on for so long and have never been able to get anything to help it, hydrate anc moisturise my face and not flare me up.
I tried your product after seeing it pop up on Instagram ads and even after the first night my skin felt softer. I am absolutely obsessed with the product and how incredible my skin looks. I’m nearly 43 and I’ve never had skin this good! Huge fan! Thankyou

I ordered a lavender fragrance.
I did email saying the lavender fragrance was very slight.
This smells like a dirty old sheep although it's made from beef, I live on a farm.
I'm not prepared to smell dirty and that's the best way to describe this.
Be very careful there is no returns.
As we know companies with only post a positive review. Trust pilot will give a honest answer.
If they had so many happy customers the odd refund wouldn't make any difference, instead they will get negative reviews on a trustworthy site.

I ordered the cream fantastic! Arrived quickly even better. Used once on my face which completely puffed my eye shut after only one use. Bright rings around my eyes, bear in mind absolutely stinging to say the least. I then got hold of the company to get a refund and return my product as it had caused an allergic reaction. There reply was "Thank you for reaching out. As outlined in our return policy, we are unable to accept returns for used products or for items that do not meet personal preferences. We apologise for the inconvenience." ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with my personal preference. I then proceeded to ask for a refund for my troubles they then replied "Unfortunately, a change of mind or personal preferences regarding the scent or taste of a product does not constitute a fault or defect. While we're sorry to hear it didn't meet your expectations, we cannot guarantee our products will suit everyone." I was then BLOCKED from Facebook so I could no longer contact the company to reach some sort of outcome. I feel completely ripped off & mistreated by this company. 0++++++++++++++++++++ absolutely disgraceful. I will be telling everyone else about my terrible experience with these so called humans.
