had psoriasis and came accross this cream online MIRACLE MANUKA . it was really horrible to my psoriasis. first three days, its was flaring red and it was so so so itchy but i kept on telling myself will at a two weeks try and it ended up flaring to a bigger surface area. really HORRIBLE

Wow. So svens Island are reporting bad reviews to get them removed. Dirty behaviour. I will re-write my review so everyone can see how disgusting their tactics are to hide a HORRIBLE experience. The product completely DESTROYED my 4m old babies skin barrier. His skin after touching these products flared up so aggresively I had to go to the GP and was told to cease use IMMEDIATELY. I returned to other methods to manage his eczema which immediately relieved his symptoms. His flare ups were only on his cheeks to begin/prior to using this horrible product, after using it for a week, it travelled to his arms, torso, back and legs. This was using the moisterizer(white tin) the flare up product (purple tin) and the body wash. Absolutely horrible experience. Return process was simple but they make YOU pay to return the USED products. So disgusting of a company to do that when it has obviously caused a terrible reaction to your babies skin. Take accountability. Absolutely pathetic they reported my review and got it deleted to hide this experience.

Initiated return well within their 60-day money back guarantee (46 days to be exact). It has been quite difficult and am unsure if the person I am communicating with is actually a person or a generated AI robot of sorts. I have emailed them my order numbers, my invoices, my zip code connected with the orders, and pictures of proof from the actual website on my account. There is no phone number to speak with someone that I have noted, otherwise that would have been my next move. Subscription was canceled in a timely fashion which from past experiences on other websites, I took a picture as proof just in case. I did receive an email as confirmation that my subscription WAS indeed canceled, so all good with that. I will be happy to change my stars on this review once someone fixes the issues and honors their 60-day money back guarantee. As for the product, it has not helped my skin and does feel greasy. Does not soften my skin at all. From the reviews I have read online, I did have high hopes this would help.

Made a purchase and was automatically signed up for a subscription.
I only noticed when I received an order I did not order.
I emailed and asked them to cancel my subscription and they agreed to do so after asking me multiple times if I was sure I wanted to cancel.
A month later they took another payment for an order I did not make.
Again I emailed asking why they are still taking money from my account and they confirmed it was supposed to be cancelled and a human would contact me.
I have not been contacted by a human, my subscription has still not been cancelled and my bank is now handling the issue.
It’s a shame cause the product is great but the company is a scam. Would not recommend ordering through Sven’s island

Don’t buy. They subscribed me when I made a one off purchase. Discovered when they sent another package. To unsubscribe is SO complicated and you are asked multiple times if you want to stay.
Feels like such a scam

This cream really is a miracle! It works so well, i was a little sceptical as its really had to get rid of eczema I have found with store bought creams so I was willing to give anything a go at this point.
My son has horrible eczema on his arms mostly but also scattered around his body. Its hard to get cream on him as well as hes a toddler and well he hates having cream put on so iv really only managed to apply it three times and it has already improved it so much! If i could add photos I would it incredible!

Sneaky little tactics.

1. I did not sign up or for a subscription. If I did it would have been by mistake. Within 5 mins of taking my money I emailed them. Advised them that I want a refund and to cancel any subscriptions. They said they would do both. 4 hours or so later I get another email saying that my package is being prepared to send. Sent another email, told them again I did not want the product and they told me it was too late!

Wondering why I want to cancel?

It sticks like straight up ass! It doesn’t work. It will work temporarily and then you are just replacing your steroid cream with this smelly stuff.

Also it isn’t 100 percent natural. Cheeky little marketing tactics have benzoyl alcohols and other ingredients. Do your research before falling for their gimmicks.

I developed a heat/chafing rash in my groin that I just couldn't shake. They were big red welts at the outset and I suspect it was related to eczema or dermatitis. I tried Sudocrem, cocoa butter and Canesten. Sven's Island balm was one of the things that healed it after three months of trial and error. You now wouldn't even know the rash had been there. Sven’s Island products have made a huge difference to my child’s eczema. The miracle Manuka cream is the first time we have had a meaningful reduction in skin dryness and if there is a flare up the Manuka balm is great. Over the last year we have had not had to use steroid ointments nearly as much and sometimes have weeks on end without needing them. I particularly like the anti bacterial action. The smell and texture of the cream and balm is also very sensory friendly. Customer service has been very prompt and helpful.

I wish I’d found these products sooner! My two-year-old son has severe allergies that often trigger eczema flare-ups. When his skin is at its worst, I use Skin Repair alongside the crème, and the difference has been incredible. It seems to soothe the itch straight away, and I can visibly see his skin improving. For the first time in his life, he has the softest, smoothest skin, it's a huge stress lifted off my shoulders.

Don’t do it if you want a natural product!! They don’t disclose all ingredients in their creams on their website, like benzyl alcohol, dehydroacetic acid, etc. If I knew these ingredients were included I would have never purchased. It’s completely misleading on their website as they promote “100% natural” and “free from preservatives”.

When I contacted them to return the products, they initially didn’t address my concerns about the ingredients not being fully disclosed on their website and told me I would have to cover the return postage.

After I mentioned that I intended to lodge a complaint with the ACCC, their response changed, and they subsequently added a “full” ingredients list to their website.

What happened next was honestly unbelievable. They accidentally forwarded me an internal email in which one employee had forwarded my complaint to their manager, saying: “Need your help to reply this customer. She is complaining about our false statement regarding 100% natural ingredients.”

I honestly have no words. I wouldn’t trust a company who flat out admit they are using false statements online.

Applied on my child’s affected areas, and it worsened his eczema. Didn’t realise this cream caused it, so I’d applied more hoping it’ll work but that’s when I realised it was this product that had triggered my child’s eczema. Beforehand, always had use same products and this was the only new introduced one into the routine.

Just honest feedback on the product (on behalf of my husband)..... "I'm 57 and have tried a multiude of products for my ezcema and have been to many specialists over that time. Unfortunately this product felt like it was burning my skin and it made it 10 times worse. It isn't for everyone HOWEVER Svens Island did offer a refund and was concerned about the product not working on my skin. Dealing with the company itself was great."

A rip-off! they keep sending product each month and charging my credit card even though I NEVER agreed to a "subscription" I will get my bank to block them.

I was really disappointed to find out they deducted $76 the next month from my account. Unaware of their reoccurring subscription. I thought I was purchasing one 250gram container with 2 sample pots free.
It put my bank account in to overdraft fees. I am a pensioner.
Then they suggested I send it back and pay for the courier fee. I felt this was not a good customer service. I would never buy again or refer this Company.

SCAM - I purchased the cream and balm and the cream didn't work for me. So I initiated the refund process.

The business has a 60 days refund policy - contact them and they will advise on what to do.

They could not find an order or email address that I used which is clearly stated on the invoice. The responses are Auto generated that its not matching etc... I doubt there is someone actually reading the emails.

Subscription trap, product doesn’t do shit.
“When your first order was placed, the “Subscribe & Save” option was selected at checkout. This gives you discounted price and free gifts on first order but also sets up a recurring subscription, which is why a new order was processed automatically.”
Difficult to unsubscribe, had to login to the site to do so.
Be careful of this. Would not buy again. Card was automatically charged.
