My order was delayed twice due to abnormal heat conditions at the factory. Upon receipt, the box was damaged as items had been placed on top. Additionally, several items were missing which have since been refunded. The ice bags had melted and the box was soaked. This was an unsatisfactory experience and I will not be ordering from the company again.

Time and time again this company have; gave me the wrong orders, messed up delivery dates, took payment when they weren't supposed to. This is abhorrent despicable service. Extremely unprofessional behaviour. I understand mistakes happen, but it's mistake after mistake, I thought this was a business? How the hell are you even still in business. Avoid these idiots. I spent £97 on meals I didn't get, and instead of processing the order it got "lost" I'm now without food until the money comes back. Cancelling my subscription

Shipment coming today, over a week late. I’ve emailed multiple times that I no longer want this delivery and want my money back. Calling trading standards today. Had enough!!!!

Since the change to the packaging and swapping from DPD to DHL I've had more problems in the last couple of months than in the last few years.
Customer service has slowly been getting worse, slower to respond and resolve things.
Hopefully it's a heatwave blip, but they never used to struggle in the heat.

I have not received my order and even says unfulfilled yet I have been charged. I have emailed about this on numerous occasions to get no resolution. I would like my money back please or I am going to trading standards

The food was great but the huge problem is the delivery - they use DHL Express who are a very poor delivery service in this area who don't follow instructions for delivery and have no way of contacting customer service, it's all robots that hang up on you.

Sadly the same can nearly be said for Prepped pots - there is no telephone option so when the delivery went wrong to compound the issue it took 2 whole days for anybody from prepped pots to "reach out" as they like to call it - when they did there was a token voucher offered (you have to spend way over your subscription price to meet the Ts & Cs) and I had to negotiate to a fair voucher value - and an email exchange with no culpability but lots of 'thanks for your patience' - When questioned and pushed the voucher can be made valid to the subscription, but only after some email negotiating - it's not offered straight up.
Over all if the company had a telephone operation and a decent courier they could be brilliant, but at the moment they are languishing in the realm of 'got your money now it's your problem' when it comes to the courier.
After 2 days and about 2 hrs of email to ing and fro ing we got there - but I would exercise caution if you have a gate code or anything that would stump an inept courier.

You told me there was a delay and my food would be delivered two days later. That came and went and when I sent a query about it I never received a response. I then received an email saying again it was delayed. It’s cost me time and money to organise food for the hole week.

Delivery date was delayed due to weather then delayed again with same excuse! New date given will mean it will be a week late. Last month all contents were defrosted but I had a full refund. Been a customer 4 years plus but not happy at this recent service.

Whole weeks delivery skipped. 2 generic emails during that time postponing delivery. I’ve had a week of waiting and had no direct response from customer services despite going on their chatbot to complain

They've taken my money and delayed delivery by 10 days, informing of this after the original delivery date, when trying to contact them to cancel, you find no phone number and a lack of any response from online form or email! Avoid, food isn't great either!

Ordered meal prep to stop needed to meal prep, first time customer.
Ordered food on the friday for a delivery on Monday. Order was delayed to Thursday no option to change, defeats the purpose of meal prep when you need to end up preparing.

Then needed to mess about pausing following weeks etc.
Order comes Thursday which i didn't have an ability to pause, no worries, made space in the freezer only to have 2 of my 10 meals arrive, amazing! With no communication that I was going to be mugged off. Took 2 days for customer service to get back to me, refunded for what I didn't receive with a pointless £10 voucher to use if I spend over £40. The 2 meals that did arrive look like Lidl specials that I could have purchased half the price.

Been using prepped pots for years and years before they changed the name.

This has been the last straw, after a few issues in the past months with missed deliveries, delivery on days I didn't agreed on, broken meals, poor quality of the meals and prices going up every month this time I won't be reordering again.

Was told my box was going to be delivered on Monday then got an email saying it has been delayed and now it's going to be delivered on Thursday and of course it never turned up.

Communication has been very poor, just a generic email and a £10 discount code which won't do this time.

Its sad how bad this company has gone when it used to be top on the sector.

I never received my last order. Had a message from DHL saying it’s delayed. Then a few days later saying it had been destroyed!
Yet I have received no refund or replacement meals.
Not a happy customer !

I only found out today that a few meals were cancelled my order was delivered today and it will take ten days for a refund

Considering I’m being asked for this feedback when the order is 2 days late and still hasn’t been delivered says it all

The food delivery was attempted on a Monday afternoon, after the box was dispatched on a Friday and delayed. This was well past the 48hs they say the food remains edible.

I have been trying to contacted prepped pots multiple times but got no answer at all and no refund so I have to contact my bank for a charge back.

Arrived with 2 split meals and completely thawed out. Awful response to email too

Had an order of 20 meals, when it arrived around 8 meals were squashed which split the seals of the packaging causing the food to leak all over the place in the box.

When contacting them the service was great they saw the photos and replaced the whole order. Unfortunately had same issue with the replacement order with around 4 items seals broke, lasagne and pizza both were squashed. They did refund me which again I can’t fault the service and the reason why I’ve given them 3 stars.

However due to the issues which are mainly down to the newer cheaper packaging I won’t be ordering again.

The older style plastic pots were much better and didn’t have any issues with several orders in the past.

I am genuinely saddened to leave this final, negative review.

I have been using Prepped Pots for about a year. There were the odd issues here and there, but not every service is perfect.

However, in the last few weeks, the service has just went completely downhill. It started when I tried to move my delivery date to suit new work-life pattern from a Weds to a Friday. I did this two months ago. To date, I have never received a delivery on the Friday, it always comes a day later, but I accepted that.

Then, a couple of weeks ago I received only 5 meals instead of my usual 7.

The final straw came this week when my box arrived 4 days later than planned. The food was warm, the ice completely melted, and it was clear the box had been sitting in a hot van all weekend.

So I decided to cancel my subscription. All of the little things just kept adding up, and having to throw 7 meals straight in the bin because they’d be inedible was the last straw, which is sad, because I loved some of the meals, especially the spicy meatball pizza.

I’m on the lookout for a new service, there seems like plenty of them around now, so will try most of them and see what they are like.
