This is a very delayed review no reflection on this brilliant firm .
We had our new lawn laid in July replacing one that was fitted 12 years ago by another firm .
Kyle was very quick to see that it had been laid on the wrong sub base . They worked tirelessly in the hottest week of the year removing strip by strip of urine laiden old grass ( we have 6 dogs ) very very heavy work .
They then had to dig down deeper than they thought to rid the sub base of sand that had just held onto the pee . No one complained they just kept going in temperatures of 32deg +
Kyle worked with me on the design I had in my head and he totally got it right .
We are absolutely over the moon with the result and would thoroughly recommend this firm to anyone anytime

Turned up, took the spec, gave a competitive price, explained how he would complete it, arrived on time and did exactly what he said he would do.
They were a clean hard working group, very trustworthy, knowledgeable with good ideas and a helpful no problem attitude. You need look no further for ground work and an artificial lawn.

I reached out to several companies on Bark for artificial lawn quotes that were suitable for dogs, and Kyle came back quickly and professionally to offer his services. He came round several times to assess the area, kept in contact the whole time and incredibly friendly! We did lots of work ourselves and then Kyle fitted us in once we had done our work, he completed the lawn really quickly (despite being so hot!) and we are over the moon with the results. The quality of the grass is amazing and doesn’t have that horrible fake grass look. So happy with everything and would recommend to anyone 😊

I asked 6 companies to quote for artificial grass for my back lawn - which resembled a mud bath following the recent heavy rain and the best efforts of my 2 spaniels to dig it up. I managed to weed out the cowboy firms and Premium Lawns UK was one of the two who made the cut. Kyle did a great job explaining what they could do with the curved borders, and what options I had. The guys did a splendid job, worked really hard, cleaned up at the end of the job and the end result looks stunning. My son unfortunately used a cheap company to do some similar work and has regretted that decision ever since. There is no doubt in my mind that I picked the right company to do the work

Kyle and the guys at premium lawns have done an amazing job on our garden. Kyle was very friendly and professional and quick to respond. I would highly recommend premium lawns as they have transformed our garden and I can’t wait to get the use out of it in summer.

Highly recommend Kyle and his team, he was very professional and polite. I had to change my order a few times due to unforeseen circumstances and he worked with me right to the end very pleased.

I’ve just met Kyle! He can round to volunteer his expertise and secure my garden for my disabled son !
He was polite , quick and efficient 😎… he’s also doing some more bits to make it extra safe !

He’s also done this ( in the rain !) in his own time completely free of charge !

Really pleased with my new lawn, looks beautiful and is soft and plush looking. I did have an issue with the first grass that was laid due to a manufacturing fault but this was quickly rectified with a replacement. I fully appreciate issues can occur and I was very happy with how Kyle and his team dealt with things. That is th emeasure of good customer service and would highly recommend them for the product and service.

When we moved in to our new house, the garden was dark and looked really small. There were patches of dead grass and bits that were always muddy and wet. Now, it's bright and looks so much more inviting. The grass always looks immaculate, it's incredibly realistic and to look at and feel, you wouldn't really know it was artifical. It's dog and baby friendly too. We've decided to do the same with our small front garden now as we're so pleased with the back!

So happy with my new lawn. From start to finish the customer service was excellent. The product is great, looks fantastic and is lovely to walk on. Highly recommend!
