We could not recommend this company enough….. 💙

After the awful experience we had with the previous “cowboy builders” who installed our artificial grass, I was honestly dreading having to go through it all again. I just wanted a safe, beautiful garden where my children could actually play.

From the moment Kyle came out and saw what had been done to our garden, he was nothing but sympathetic and genuinely wanted to help me achieve the garden I had always wanted for my children. He took the time to understand what had gone wrong and what we were looking for.

He then came back out with samples, helped us make our choice and got a date booked in. Throughout the whole process, his communication was brilliant and his knowledge was second to none. I always felt like I was in safe hands.

Kyle and his team arrived on what was an incredibly hot day and got straight to work. They were polite, professional and hardworking from start to finish.

What really stood out to me was that when the grass was installed, there were a couple of things Kyle wasn’t completely happy with himself. Rather than just leaving it, he came back the following day to make sure the final touches were exactly how he wanted them. That says a lot about the pride he takes in his work.

And the finished result? I am absolutely over the moon. ❤️

The grass is completely flat, incredibly soft and feels like walking on a smooth, fluffy carpet. Most importantly, my children can now play safely without me worrying about them cutting their feet on the awful work that was previously done.

After everything we went through, I honestly can’t thank Kyle and his team enough for giving us the garden we wanted.

We’ve also taken out a maintenance plan and are already looking forward to seeing Kyle and his team again next year.

We got a last minute quote from Kyle after deliberating getting our grass done for years. He was quick to come over, quick to quote and quick to deliver! Everything about the process was completely seamless from start to finish. Would absolutely recommend - he has transformed our garden entirely!

Yes, the quote sat at the higher end, but it was immediately clear we were paying for a genuine specialist and not a landscaper who’d watched a YouTube video the night before. Kyle and his labourers were professional and hard working from start to finish, and delivered to a really high standard throughout.

We are absolutely over the moon with our new lawn. It’s transformed our garden into a space we actually want to spend time in.

The reason I held off on reviewing is worth sharing. When it was first installed there were a few ripples in the lawn. Kyle assured me this was down to the heat of the surface it had been rolled onto and the hot conditions generally, and that it would settle and contract after a few days. Being forever a skeptic, I held fire to see for myself. Much to our pleasure, his advice was spot on again and the lawn has since settled completely flush and perfect.

I’d wholeheartedly recommend this business to anyone considering an artificial lawn. And to anyone chasing the cheapest quote, please truly consider the risks of cutting corners with non specialist services.

During the 3 days the Kyle and the team arrived on time, worked diligently and tidied after each day. This Team is very professional and I would certainly recommend. This was a large install of Faux Grass with Base layer and foundation work

Did an excellent job of drive renovation at the front of our cottage, clearing away old shingle and installing innovative gravel mats using new pea shingle. This combination provides an attractive, stable and robust surface with the option to pick a gravel colour of choice. We opted for local shingle as this matches the cottage stonework. Had not use Premierlawns before but found Kyle easy to work with on developing the specification and very adaptable to the various issues of detail that inevitably crop up on a job like this.
So more than happy to give a well earned five stars.

From start to finish Kyle and his team have been amazing. Came to measure up and gave me all the best options that suit me and my family, brought lots of samples giving me pros and cons of each one but not pushing me or pressuring me in anyway. Came to complete the work quickly and cleared up all mess behind them. When I say they go above and beyond they even installed decking for me. I couldn’t be happier with the work that was done and have already arranged for some more jobs with them soon. Truly amazing company!!

Our 10 year old grass lawn was struggling to cope with the wet winters combined with terrible clay soil, a dog and a football mad 8 year old. As much as I love a real lawn, we took the decision to replace with artificial grass. We had several quotes from different suppliers, but Kyle's knowledge, experience, professionalism and friendliness gave us the confidence that he was the man for the job. He also had the best quality artificial grass on offer. He allowed us to keep some samples which gave us ample time to make a choice. We went for the "Perfect Lawn". We are extremely happy with the entire process. Kyle couldn't have been more helpful, provided good communication and advice leading up to the start day. The groundworks team led by Maxwell were second to none - very friendly team who worked hard the entire day. Very clean and tidy. We had to use our neighbour's driveway temporarily to store the rubble. After it was collected at the end of the job, you wouldn't even know there had been rubble there. Kyle laid the artificial lawn himself with a colleague to assist. Both just cracked on, took their time to ensure it all fitted as expected. Kyle clearly has high standards, takes pride in his work and takes his time to make sure it's right first time. We have highly recommended Kyle and his team to several others already and would thoroughly recommend to anyone else looking for similar work.
