UPDATE
We decided to order $5500 worth of merch for our kitchen update and booked movers to install them in spite of Premium Home Source's frustrating lack of customer service. We figured, okay, this is how the service model is going and we want this product (after exhausting research--pun intended). This morning (24 May 2024) we received this letter from them:

Hello Amy,

Unfortunately, after reviewing your delivery requirements, we regret to inform you that our shipping team is unable to deliver to your second-floor condo. As a result, we must cancel your order. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We understand how frustrating this situation must be, and we deeply regret that we could not meet your expectations. We strive to provide the best service possible, and it is disheartening when we fall short.

We recommend checking with other dealers who may be able to fulfill your delivery needs. We are confident that you will find a provider who can accommodate your requirements.

Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding in this matter.

We wanted to love this company but they do not install or even deliver into the house. After six back and forths to attempt to understand why their website said FREE IN-HOME DELIVERY ON FORNO ITEMS, but they refuse to deliver inside, let alone install, they a) could not explain their weird definition of free in-home delivery before b) they simply said they would not deliver into our condo.

FALSE ADVERTISING.

Incredibly frustrating experience with 'customer service,' which was woefully absent in this attempt to be a customer.

Information provided was very helpful. Easy order placement.

We purchase zline appliances from over a year ago while out house was being built. It took more than 2 years for the house to be completed. When we finally got to the double oven, we found that the extra handles were missing. I message and was informed that there wasnt much that can be done bcos it’s been so long . I explained to the agent that I understand her stance but it just took forever for the house to be finished. I even sent photos of the newly installef all zline kitchen. She then informed me that she would check with Zline … few days later, I received a brand new handle — instead of two, I only got one — went back to the agent and she immediately requested another one to be sent. After our frustration with the builder for taking so long to finish the house, this was a huge break/deal for us and we couldnt be more grateful.:: Thank you and thank you!!

I had an excellent experience with Premium Home sources. From the initial phone call / consult to the final delivery of items, all went smoothly. The first member I spoke with helped me pick every piece I needed for my specific needs, processed a few different order options for me and sent me each one in a timely manner. When the items were shipped, I was notified by email from Premium Home as well to see when my items were shipped and when to expect them. The whole process was very simple and I'm happy I chose them for my mini split system!

Premium Home Source offers incredible customer service. My questions were answered promptly and the support team made my purchase easy and even catered to my delivery needs. Would definitely purchase from Premium Home Source again especially when it comes to appliance shopping.

Great value, easy to get a hold of drivers for delivery and customer service. Had to change delivery address due to our road being dirt with no good turn around and the company called to verify address change. Boxes came in good shape. Great value for product when shopping around for best price. We ordered a mini split and it was at least $500 less than at our local stores. Would shop on this website for appliances again.

The team at Premium Home Source is outstanding. The online chats were very helpful and I spoke with 3 different employees before making my first purchase. Maria, Judy and Wendy were all excellent in every area. I ended up canceling my first order and Premium Home Source was able to catch it just before it was loaded to go out. Just after ordering an all electric range it came to my attention that we might be able to put a gas line in our home so that I could have a dual fuel range. I requested to cancel my order the day after I had placed it. The employees at Premium Home Source went above and beyond to get it cancelled for me. Then finding out today that we cannot put a gas line in, I reordered the original all electric range and caused some confusion as well expected. I was contacted by email and a phone call to make sure I did in fact mean to order the range again that I had just cancelled the day before. After explaining everything to them they understood and made sure my order went through. I think all the employees involved went above and beyond to help me out with this. 5 stars for Premium Home Source! I would definitely use them again. They have the lowest prices I have found anywhere as well and a very large amount of inventory to choose from.

Premium Home Source had the fridge I was looking for at the lowest price. They had a sale going on, and I wanted to take advantage of it but needed an adjusted delivery time. PHS was quick to respond to my query, then allowed me to order and delay the delivery date.

I want to specifically call out Alex, who provided top notch customer service in a kind and prompt manner. I was amazed at how fast I received a response, (less than 5 minutes for an email!)

I highly recommend PHS because they have great products at low prices alongside excellent customer service. In the event I need to buy other appliances, I would buy from PHS over any other company.

No vac lines came very quickly and allowed me to complete my install of my heat pump in a very timely manner. I Would recommend premium home source!

Ordered a dual 54k unit . After purchased they reached out stating what I ordered will put out max of 48k with 1 condenser with dual fans and if this is what I wanted . I didn’t realize , they recommended seperate units to equal the same 54k . Best part , it was cheaper this way . Great and honest company!

As my wife and I began shopping for appliances for our soon to be remodeled kitchen, we chose Premium Home Source! Premium Home Source had the ZLINE Appliance package we wanted at a great price, but even better was Alex’s customer service during the sale. After a few calls/texts/emails he made sure everything was covered and we were happy with our purchase, before finalizing! We will definitely use Premium Home Source for future projects and purchases!

Okay, so… This company means well, and will ultimately do right by you BUT it isn’t always forthcoming. I appreciate a good company that does business in earnest, and I believe Premium Home Source offers good quality and means to respond well BUT AND ALSO I was wondering how they got so many five star reviews from what can be an ungenerous public and I found out when I needed their response beyond just selling and shipping product… When I needed to exchange size of one of my line sets they held my return over the barrel until I promised to submit a review and in fact even wanted to see the review before they would release the shipping label. This is not honest practice… This is extortion and manipulation. I believe they will fix this, as other customer support representatives responded with some surprise when they learned.

Very fast shipping and responsive customer service. Something that too many companies lack these days. would not hesitate ordering again from Premium Home Source.

I'm a contractor in Somerville MA. I came across PHS on the web and am very pleased that I did. The combination of in-stock, great customer service via email and Shop Pay payment flexibility sold me several times over. After a super-prompt fulfillment on one order, I immediately ordered a second time. I recommended they expand their product line in areas I'm interested, such as the new laundry all-in-ones from GE and LG and hope they do. As a new company, they are trying hard and succeeding! Good management and good judgement trickles down.

Bought a Ezpro minisplit 24k btu.
It was easy to install with well written instructions. Unit runs as it should. Was pleased to find that it runs very quiet.
Initially concerned about the warranty as I am not a HVAC tech. They reached out to me to assure me that they would honor the warranty.

Easy to connect with and great prices on Forno products.

The representatives of the company were very knowledgeable and helpful. The MrCool and associated parts came quickly and were in good shape.
