Premier Inspections Anmeldelser

Tim was very thorough in both his verbal and written explanations to the buyer. It’s so nice to be provided with a digital version with photos attached to help prioritize areas that need improvements. Tim traveled a great distance to provide service. Simply incredible and helpful. The listing and buyer agents were also obviously very impressed.

Tim Bolton of Premier Inspection was extremely through, detailed and extremely professional. His passion for the job was infectious and he was great at educating me about the important things. He was honest about what would need to be fixed immediately and what could potentially wait. He also gave approximate costing and how to best maintain some of the major appliances in our home (dehumidifier, furnace, water tank, etc). Overall he did a great job and I would highly recommend you to my friends if they decide to buy a house and need a home inspection.

Tim was very thorough, competent, and personable. He spent the time to point of deficiencies and offer solutions for them. The report created was very comprehensive. Highly recommend to anyone needing a home inspection!
