Link to change appointment didn't work
Link to change appointment didn't work. I sent several emails to the address given for when there is an issue with the link, informing them. All the emails were completely ignored! Secondly, they don't contact you to arrange a mutually agreeable appointment either. When I was sent another appointment date and time, the link worked. I needed to change the date. For me the link was pointless because the only options available to change the appointment were times on the same day, not other dates!
After having emails ignored previously I decided to telephone to change the appointment. The woman was polite and helpful and changed it for me. Unfortunately, when I went to my appointment, I sat there for over 30 minutes after my allotted time. I managed to speak to the consultant to ask when I will be seen, because I had been waiting so long. He didn't have me on his list. He didn't receive any paperwork either. Thankfully, he did see me by slotting me in. But I spent the first 8 minutes lookong for and showing emails confirming the appointment made by Premex and from the person who requested the consultation. Because of the mix up, I felt the appointment was rushed and not everything was discussed.
So my experience with Premex is not good on both occasions I've had dealings with them.

I had a traffic accident on 25 November…
I had a traffic accident on 25 November 2021 and have had three medical appointments since via Premex.
The first one resulted in a report with glaring errors, as did the second in September 2022; the second one has still not been amended.
My third consultant appointment was on 2 June this year and I am still waiting for the report.
I have had no treatment whatsoever since my accident.
