Excellent service.
I bought a couple of Nike sports bras and the quality was fantastic at such a good price. Really pleased to be able to replace items in my running kit in an environmentally friendly way.
Delivery was quick too.
Would highly recommend & will definitely use again.

Such a fab find, I don't think I'll be buying new again!
The price, the communication, and the turn around time, far exceeded my expectations.
Given they were a charity, I nievely expected a little hands off, but the service and kind gesture of a voucher (due to a top not being available), just summed up what a wonderful charity this is.
Can't comment highly enough.
I'll be donating whenever possible to give little something back.

Great idea to buy second hand and prevent clothing going to landfill. Also really cheap for top brands. Items were in good condition and arrived quick.

I got a bargain
Product was described as ‘cycling bib shorts’ but the photographs clearly showed ‘cycling bib tights’ which is what I wanted. The description also stated the manufacturer but not which particular product in its range - this would have been helpful as I had to try and guess this by comparing the photos with those on the manufacturer’s web site and wasn’t sure until I received it. However, both the product and its condition were better than expected, and it looked barely used, so I got myself a bargain. Delivery by second class post was within a week, which was fine, but Royal Mail just left it on my doorstep as no one was at home - this could have been better.
First time user of Preloved but I shall be checking for other items of interest in future.

Thank you for your support and review David. We apologise for the item description and photographs not matching. Usually when we receive donations, there isn't any information supplied with them as to the product, brand or where they were purchased from. This can be quite challenging at times as we have to do the research. On occasions, we struggle to obtain this information and try and add the item to our shop the best we can, although on this occasion, we listed them as shorts and not tights. We are happy to discuss this further, so please drop us an email at hello@prelovedsports.org.uk
As for Royal Mail, this is something that is out of our control but if you have a specific safe place you would like them to use, please mention it in the order notes and we can add this to the external packaging.
