Also Dave, who quickly sorted out all the issues with sizing and a minor defect and got replacements shipped out without delay. I could not recommend this company enough.

I have ordered 2 Connelly Neo Slalom Water Ski bags. I paid for the shipment from the UK to France, I paid the VAT and customs processing fees. But I received only one bag instead of two in my package. I will be happy to modify this review when I receive my complete order (= 2 Connelly Neo Slalom Water Ski bags).
Edit: after contacting customer support, I have been sent the missing item and issued a partial refund. Thank you!
