Tasty, authentic flavours
I have just done my first order and collected it straight from their premises. Me and my son have tried a couple of the dishes so far, chasni and tikka masala. So far we have not been disappointed. The curries are full of flavour, and plenty of meat in them both. We still have a few others to try aswell as the chicken pakora, but I have no doubt they will be just as tasty. Will definitely order again.

Delicious and healthy
We have just had our first taste of Praveen Kumar authentic Indian cuisine and were very impressed. I am a bit of a wimp and like a mild curry but the butter chicken was just full of flavour and even my husband (who loves his curries hot and spicy) agreed. He loved his Rogan josh and the rice was light and fluffy. Thanks also to Andy for introducing us to the brand and ensuring that we will be able to buy more of these delicious meals at local stockists.

I came across Kumar's just over a year ago. I liked the natural ingredients, I am not a fan of colourings etc.
I am on an enforced healthy diet and Kumar hit the spot.
I like their simplicity, the range of food, freezer friendly and the points system. All of which is supported by a simple online system and reliable delivery.

The food was absolutely awesome
The food was absolutely awesome. Frozen perfectly in arrival, and packaged well. Easy to follow cooking instructions, and we had a brilliant meal.

Great currys
Great currys easy to heat either in the oven or microwave . Always tasty and with plenty of choice whether you like mild or spicy. I just choose what we want when we need them. You can also get box of the month if you like.

Subscription Order
I have a repeat subscription order which I find works well. I always have enjoyable curry available for a weekend treat or when I have had a bad day at work.

Not enough substance
Need more meat in curries. Lamb was just like minced meat. Other purchases were similarly disappointing.

Hi Graham, I'm sorry to see you did not enjoy your recent order from us, including our chef special lamb dish in the box of the month you tried. This has been a very popular dish and uses butcher cuts of lamb shoulder and is a hearty portion of meat to sauce ratio. We wonder if perhaps the tender meat broke apart on stirring your dish when reheating. The chicken dishes in the box are also made with fresh chicken breast pieces but if you do feel there was something not right, do drop us an email at help@praveenkumar.com where we always put right any problems customers may find with their dishes.
Living in remote/rural and wanting a good curry.
I once tasted Parveen's curries and thought them delicious. Living in remote/rural Highlands I did wonder whether online ordering of their curries ready for freezer was a good move. First of all, 5 stars for not adding extra delivery cost because of postcode. Second, 5 stars for condition of delivered product. The box arrived quickly in excellent shape with no deterioration to food. They are now safely in freezer and I am sure a further 5 stars will be deserved after eating them.
