I submitted my first APS application last month. I completed my master's degree in November of last year, and I received an extension to attend my graduation ceremony, which recepice finished this September. I applied for the APS, but the prefecture responded with the following message:

'Your application is still pending additional information. You provided a diploma dated for the 2022/2023 academic year, but to be eligible for the APS RECE, the request must be made in the same year the diploma was awarded, in this case, the 2023/2024 academic year. Do you have such a document?'

Is it possible for students to apply for the APS within one year of graduating?

Please help me
