Quite disgraceful behaviour: callous, oppressive and bullying.

Absolute horrors proof of debt emailed twice chasing again. I’m at my wits end I have 2 chronic health conditions and having an op on my ileostomy to be reversed in New Year. I can’t sleep my anxiety is unbearable and I cannot stop crying. I set them proof last year and now they want me to prove it again. They are spiteful and certainly know how to ruin Christmas. They now want to help. They have been sent proof of payment twice. I am not sending anymore proofs.

Got a County Court order from PRA even though I offered to pay monthly. Now they have issued me a CCJ and refuse to take it off. Absolutely the most unhelpful and aggressive company I have ever dealt with.

A 5 year old claim for £349, which I disputed. Its now £2330 and the threats are coming thick and fast. This shouldnt be legal

had a letter fron this pra group claiming they bought an account from lloyds on 30/12/2023 thats a year nearly and i closed my accoiunt with lloyds 8year ago not sure how they got that i owe as nothing on my credit report and i have lived at 2 addresses since so lloyds not even know ive moved so how can they send a closed account looks like pra going back in time looking for closed accounts and then trying to get money been reported to fca authority and rip off britain who are very interested in talking to pra on national tv

Sent a warrant of control due to a debt thats not been paid despite a standing order that had until july came out every month. Suddenly your bank refused payment 3/4 days later for no reason and now your doing this!! Its not my fault your account refused my payment and explain to me why it shows I was paying 30th every month when my standing order was the 1st!!

Your team dont care and not interested by looks of things you have done this on purpose so you can chase me for more

If just they will mind their business and stop harassment

Who are you? Why have you sent me a text saying I owe money? I have no paperwork or detail about what I am supposed to owe. Scammers with a good looking website!!

This company are harrassing me for a debt for a completly different company and despite providing the evidence countless times they continue to send emails and letters. This should be illegal.

Thia is company afferists! They take money without namsfogden and now not giving back! Be carefful guys! Our loyer made case of them!

Relentless repetitiveness harassers!
I feel like a parrot, if I didn't have two children to go on for I'd call it a day. This company are barbaric! They make you repeat your hopeless situation over and over and over and over! You can't protect yourself from them it's like they wont stop bullying you until they are sent a death certificate. I hope one day companies like this are shut down once and for all, they pray on absolute desperate and suicidal people it is nothing short of a Hitler regime

a scummy organisation buying up supposed old debts and harrassing people with letters full of inaccurate and incomplete information. Companies like this should not be allowed to function, they are the worst of the worst.

I have been receiving calls from this company for a few month now for no apparent reason. They asked me about some guy I don't even know.

Was hoping to make a partial settlement offer today to clear my accounts but unlike my other creditors which are accepting 30% discount money grabbing PRA are offering a completely unreasonable less than 5% discount with no room to negotiate terrible company to deal with and poorly expereinced call centre staff.

Even though I have been making payments each week. They often say they haven’t received my payments . They arrive each week as I have set up standing orders.
Because they arrive on Wednesday and not Monday they send letters saying I have missed a payment, which is simply not true.
Also why have they been removed from the FCA ? And the public have been warned about them. Time for Matt Allwright to expose them as rogue traders!

Keep sending me emails for someone elses debt - dont know how they have my email. Blatant disregard for data privacy and has to be a breach of license as I have the details of someone else who I am sure would not be pleased that their private info is being sent to randoms. Taking this higher and hope they lose their license to collect debts. Previous reviews tell you all you need to know.

If I could rate 0 stars I would! This company will constantly HARRAS you sending letters for debts which cannot be proved that you in fact owe despite asking for documentation to prove this more than once! Also tried to sell the “debt” onto another collection agency? I thought that is what you was PRA group?? It’s laughable. Complete cowboys any “positive reviews” on here are a load of rubbish, almost seems as though they write them themselves….

Asked for a final reduced payment of a debt and they offered to take £100 reduction so I've asked for a proof of CCA to which they replied they're getting in touch with rbs to get the original CCA, so they have no enforcement of debt. So people please ask them for proof of CCA, they have to by law provide you with it within 12 days or the debt is unenforceable

Kept bombarding me with emails saying I owed them money. So I asked them to send me proof of liability as I don't owe them a penny. They haven't provided me with evidence and ignored all emails/letters sent to them. Service is terrible
