The worst service. Firstly I was assigned a doctor for an online consultation randomly, without even knowing my preferences for the doctor. Secondly, the doctor was assign d didn't even replied to my chats. So basically the consultation never happened and now I have the money due on Lazy Pay account.
Dont go for this service, better to invest more money and see a real doctor rather than these fake platforms.

Let me tell you the facts and then judge yourself... practo markets its plus plan as plan with unlimited consultations with any speciality.
But in actual, they offer only 15 consultations with max 5 consultations per day.

Allowing 15 consultations is fine but writing unlimited is a gross misrepresentation of facts to consumers. Its seems unethical and dirty marketing trick to me to lure customers.

I had a consultation with dermatologist Asha Lata, it was wonderful experience. She diagosed the problem and gave a course of week for my dad who had shingles.. We are satisfied 100%

I have taken consultation with Dr. Vijay Kumar HJ (Gastroenterologist) Video call is due for 6.15pm. So far it is a good experience ... I don't see anything negative about Practo or the doctors..

Such a useless app. I made payment twice after selecting two gynecologists (after seeing their availability) and both the doctors were unavailable - Doctor Usha BR and doctor Phani Madhuri. I had to request refund for both which I still didn’t receive( takes 7-10 working days it seems ). I will never recommend this app for anyone - mainly for those who are looking for online consultation. I was really in need of some assistance and this increased my frustration!!!! They should ask the patients to make the payment only if the doctor is available. But it’s not like that . You have to make the payment first and then wait for the doctor to respond. In my case both the doctors were not responding(even though the doctors were visible as available today) So please never use this app and make payments. You will end up getting no response and they don’t care about your time. Support is useless as well. No call support for patients. The support number provided online is only for doctors. So patients have to only depend on the chat option given in the app where the people won’t care for what you are asking. They just type some preplanned answers and disconnect the conversation.
I would have given 0 rating if possible.
For those who are looking for online consultation- this is not the place for you. Please don’t waste your money and time !!!!!

Useless app for online consultations.

I am suffering from a gynec problem from last 7 days

The doctor not even give me first ad medication. I am still suffering from continue bleeding.

In this lock down period I am not able to go near by hospital also.

I got very bad experience .

I never use this app again and also recommend you also please don't use this app.

Do not trust this app. App is not delivering as promise. Its fake what they show during purchase.

Cannot trust practo reviews. Practo does not publish negative review and hide it, thereby misguiding people. Don't trust this biased app. Check reviews on google, which is more reliable than practo. Practo does not have ethics.

I paid 99 rupees for online consultation and they assigned me a homeopathy doctor....very bad and disappoinying

Please don't use Practo. I wanted to schedule an appointment with a doctor. After selecting the doctor and the appointment time, I was given a message saying I will receive a callback in 11hours regarding the confirmation. That call never came. I called them to enquire about it, at that time I was assured that the confirmation call will come within an hour. Again, nothing. The next morning I receive a mail saying the appointment is cancelled. Is this how you do business? You want to connect the patients with the doctors but I am sorry to say your service is dismal. I would discourage everyone from using Practo.

Do NOT TRUST THEM. The lab they are using is not accurately checking the samples. I have been given wrong reports on TSH and HDL. When I did it outside, there is a large large difference in the values. There is not any difference in my fasting pattern or a diet or anything. HDL values cannot go higher than even 85, when mine came to 96 with them which is rare. When I did it at other lab, it came to 79 which is the real value. They took about 3000 rs for these fake reports.

I thought I should try this website as it seemed good, in spite of customer reviews.
I ordered medicines and supplied them a prescription as well which was rejected for no reason.
They have no phone number to contact and the only means is to contact them via chat. The lady at the chat was unable to answer my query and when I asked her to give me a number to contact, told me that they accept no phone calls directly.
Their poor customer service and lack of professionalism really put me off.
Cancelled my order and took my custom elsewhere. I do not know how long they would take to refund the amount into my account.
Strongly advise please who check their reviews to take their custom somewhere else where the reviews are good.

For online purchase of medicines, THey offer 20% and then on their whim change the discount to as low as 10% without any prior intimation to buyer! It’s only when one does the math one realises there has been cheating in the bill!!

DONT EXPECT EXPERT ANSWERS FROM DRS...THEY LAND YOU SOMEWHERE..INSTEAD GO DIRECTLY AND MEET DRS..DONT GET ATTRACTED TO THEIR FANCY OFFERS & DISCOUNTS...

Before rating I was hesitating whether to give feedbak or not..but after reading previous feedback I got confirmation that there are many people who are suffering and got confidence in writing feedback. Worst Service by Practo, They boast to give high discounts and the drs they assign are irrelevant to your problem, When I opted for Diabetic Specialty they assigned me General Physician who was very rude and dont even try to understand the problem of patient and give some lecture saying you guys (We patients, think that Online Drs are for granted and dont respect them and blah blahhhh...) I dont know how they filter these Dr before making visible to public..worst service I prefer to go with Live Dr's instead relying on these Practo online Drs. though outside they charge high but will give some respect in hearing our problem and give right treatment (Though something goes wrong we can question but here once you pay money they dont even bother whether we got right or wrong treatment) My personal choice is not to opt or recommend practo to any one.
