Terrible ref. Powerleague team member used vulgar language, didn't do his job. On his phone during our league match. Didn't give a correct score, clear bias. Tried escalating the situation got into my team members face and was loud and tried being intimidating. These powerleague team members all think they are bosses.
If anyone is planning to start a league team don't, they just use you for the money. If it's not for a casual kick about then don't bother with powerleague.

Powerleague charged me £1070 online for a 10 week block booking.

When we went for our first visit we was told this slot was already taken by someone who pays weekly.

We shouldn't have been given this booking. The assistant manager then admitted his mistake and honoured our booking. Now the manager is trying to cancel our booking and breach her contract with us. This club in Fairlop is a complete shambles. They have really caused us a lot of stress.

So my child goes there and always comes back upset because the coaches pick VERY unfair teams. Also I want to point out how TERIBBLE they teach you never, never,NEVER go there. Also if there was a 0 star that is what I would pick. Play good football.

On Saturday the 9th of March my twins had a birthday party at Powerleague Stoke. The staff were fantastic from start to finish. The kids were very happy. Great service and very friendly staff. Definitely 100% recommendation. Well done 👏

My son had a birthday party here today. The kids absolutely loved it. Would highly recommend if your child enjoys football food and drinks were enjoyed by all of the kids. Would definitely book again. Staff are really friendly and very helpful too.

Powerleague in Edinburgh ended our stag weekend activities, with the opportunity to hunt our Stag with a battle bow. A fun event with an instructor aware of our more fragile state at the end of a great stag weekend.

Coach Patrick hosted our party at Barnet Powerleague today. The kids all enjoyed his football training and the party ran very efficiently. Thanks

Snowball the Elf came to visit this afternoon! What can I say, the Children were engaged from the minute she arrived! She kept them engaged throughout. Each of them mentioned how amazing she was. I would highly recommend this lady, she is fantastic and so hands on! Thank you so much for making all these Children smile and truly bringing the gift of magic to our home xx ☃️🎄❄️🎉🎁🤶🎅🧑‍🎄

Finchley, London venue.
We just had a birthday party for my son’s 7th at Finchley venue on summer’s lane. What an experience of a kind! The rundown filthy beyond belief venue- girls refused to use the toilet as the room looked like something that hasn’t been cleaned for a last year at least! Disgusting! The coaches had no clue how to run a party. Not taking into account that most of the party guests has no involvement with the football and needed a gentle introduction into the game! Children were loosing interest and leaving the venue. It was one football on the field and we needed to ask for one more to be able to entertain bored children! Should have brought a bag of footballs ourselves! Disaster of a party! Food wasn’t any better experience! No water was provided during the match - children has to reserve to own bottles! Even snack time - no drinks were provided! Pizzas- extremely hot given directly to children, I was unable to supervise or direct the food being distributed as a result we had quite a few burn accidents! With zero attention from staff! Water was provided, jugs of boiled hot water! What the heck! How!!! We asked for at least tap water, another batch of boiled water was provided! Children were less than impressed! No clear time management was done! We been told that we have five minutes for cake as another party was coming in! We were tidying as another party was already arriving! At the end of that disaster of the party no trophy or T-shirt been given to our son - he kept asking why when we arrived home! Poor child! I was realising that because I had to literally solve one disaster after another during that disastrous event completely forgot about his treats - neither staff at the party remembered! There’s clear lack of communication on your side - I never received my digital invites despite requesting them five!!!! times!

My son had his birthday party at Powerleague Colchester, what a fantastic time he had! The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, it was very organised and fantastic value for money. Kerry (who was in charge of food and drinks etc) was so helpful and friendly! Really good experience and I would highly recommend.

Used this venue at Stockport as an overspill for our U9 football league and when we arrived and our game was delayed by 40 mins we tried to warm up on a vacant pitch. We were told in no uncertain terms by the staff that this was against rules even though it wasn't being used and that we had taken advantage of the gates being unlocked and 'sneaked' on. They even went as far to padlock the gates in some show of authority, to an U9 football team. So after waiting in the rain for 40 mins for our game to start we were somewhat dismayed when there were several other pitches being used clearly without bookings that were not treated in the same way including the people who were on the pitch after us. Not sure why an U9 football team was treated differently to everybody else but they were. It was also disappointing to see alcohol being consumed and smoking by the side of the pitches whilst the kids played, seemingly rules that they do not choose to enforce. I complained to PowerLeague but got a response saying that we were in the wrong, had treated the staff poorly and the email went on to cite further untruths about how the pitches were managed that day and did not reference the smoking and drinking at all. Overall a very unpleasant experience.

I recently had my sons 10th birthday party at Powerleague Enfield for 12 children.
All the staff were helpful and the coach was really engaging with the kids and tried to ensure all the kids were involved in the coaching sessions.
Nothing was too much and all the kids really enjoyed themselves.

Rude grumpy & aggressive attitude towards children at a 9th football birthday party. Portobello. Paid extra for guest to get medals which they didn’t receive nor did they get a packet of cards. I emailed Portobello & the main email enquiry. Not one person has been in touch with me to discuss this, just goes to show what the management care. Let’s not even mention the state of the pitches.
No fun activities or games provided to the children. One member of staff supervised 20 children aged 8-9. All the kids said the man was scary he was rude & grumpy. At one point I observed the male aggressively challenging a 8 year old to come back once he’s 18, he then proceeded to fixate his look at the child who was so scared he started backing away. The same male told my son he was a diver and a wee baby, during a tackle which led to my son having a graze and slight bleeding from his leg. All the children at the party confirmed this. From talking to parents it seems this isn’t the first incidents as a few have complained about staff at their football holiday programme. I only wish I knew what I known now.

Power League in Bushey is well run, friendly and has great staff. We have had a number of birthday parties here and use the facility for some training and matches for our youth football club. I highly recommend.

I organised my son's birthday party and everything was well organised, the staff was very friendly and the kids had a wonderful time.

Customer service is a 0/10 absolutely diabolical. I came for a nice kick about with my mates and all they were was disrespectful. We tried to pay but they wouldn’t allow it. Furthermore, Kelsey the team member could not park her car and almost took my friends legs off. x

Be careful when you book a Birthday Party. I have booked Gold package Over 11 years. Please be aware that: sweets ( 1 small chocolate each)
Unlimited polar crush ( last 30 minutes to drink with the pizza) the guys played for 1 hour and 30 minutes with no drink offered.
Chicago Town pizza( 2 regular margarita pizza from Domino’s for 10 teenagers ) only 2 very small pieces for each teen over 11 years old. My guests were hungry and i was ashamed. The coach Josh was very nice and made the guys happy for 1 hour and half .
