A Terrific Company
After our long-term bookkeeper retired, I needed someone quickly to keep us up to speed with our accounting. Without question, Powered Books was outstanding. They responded to every question and took the time to explain how to make a seamless transition. We had been using a desktop version of QuickBooks, but they helped with the transition to the online version. When I emailed questions to them, they quickly responded, and they also promptly returned phone calls. I recommend Powered Books without reservation! They're great!

Patient, responsive and accommodating.
Every person I personally dealt with at this company is genuinely great to work with. My account manager, Rina is outstanding. Whenever I need something, it's never a no...it's almost always, "no problem". Financials are stressful enough and PowerBooks helps ease the pain.They really want to help. I intend to work with them in the future.

They know their stuff!!!!!!
I did not know how to start up payroll and it was a mess because I tried to do it on my own. Raha and Rina are amazing! They took their time and walked me through it; they also made all the phone calls to Intuit and fixed all my mistakes. Lifesavers! They are also quite knowledgable with Quickbooks and bookkeeping in general. I recommend them to anyone! Super affordable too!

A very professional team, with a quick turn-around.
I need our books brought up to date in time to file our taxes. We needed to update over 15 month of QuickBooks. Power Books did a great job and got it done on time.

Great customer service, huge help for my business.
I've had a really positive experience with PoweredBooks. As my business has grown, bookkeeping has become increasingly important - and increasingly difficult to keep up-to-date. I looked around a a few different services and ended up going with PoweredBooks because they were responsive, well-priced, and flexible to adapt to the changing needs of my business. They have been thorough and communicative, and my books are actually up to date now. Highly recommend them to any other small business owners looking for bookkeeping assistance.

Competent, Great Follow Through
VERY happy to have found Powered Books to do my books. In fact, I would rather walk on hot coals than do Quickbooks. The efficient Powered Books team made the experience easy and now I can focus more on my guests here at Viking Cove Guest Homes in Alaska!

I hate Accounting but love Powered Books
Accounting has always been a struggle to do as a small business owner but working with Rachel and the Staff at Powered Books has been Fantastic. Books are always done on time and correctly and they are always there to offer advise on things i'm unsure about. Highly Recommend!

Bumpy Set up but Friendly Staff
We are in the middle of transferring our books to them. Its been bumpy and their communication could be better at helping us go through a step-by-step explanation of the process. We have to initiate every conversation and we wish they would be more proactive in letting us know things that may need to be done. However, the staff has been very friendly and willing to take time to help us work through things when we do call with questions or problems.
