Sadly, I had the identical issues as mentioned on the below bad reviews. Last year I had a great experience. This time...shocking.

Order showed deliverd, but recipient haven't even got a phone call, contacting customer service, first blaming the customer for giviving incorrect address, which was not true, and statung that they delivered to the very same address before....no response at all from their customer service. Eventually the gift were delivered long after the requested date and time which truly spoiled the once a year suprise completely!

The delivery person provided terrible service with the product. But the admin took care of us and wanted to be impressive, not leaving any problems and being responsible. I admire that.

Ordered flowers and chocolate on 13th Feb for delivery between 8am and 6pm on 14th Feb. Contacted them by their Web site messaging (which states it is the quickest way to contact them), once before delivery was due and twice when the delivery was late. I have recieved no response but my money has been taken from my account.
This company had my wife's and my contact details and could have told us they were having difficulties but they did not.
Potico is is, quick to take your money but has little or no customer support. I would have recieved better service from a scam artist. Be warned

I am very disappointed with this company it is the first time I order but it is the last time I ordered a gift for Valentine's Day it did not even receive that day it received the next day I really do not recommend this company

Still haven’t received the flowers, ordered on the 14th, have sent many messages and emails but no reply.

Excellent service, flowers and cake exactly as described and print on time delivery. Prices seem to be pretty good when comparing to other similar companies. They also answered a message I send quickly. I have used other similar companies in the past but I will now stick with Potico and can recommend them honestly.

I ordered 6 days in advance for a delivery on Valentine's day. My girlfriend had never had a gift from anyone before on this special day. I trusted potico.co.th with this special moment and they failed terribly. The look of disappointment on my beautiful girl's face broke my heart. I DO NOT recommend every using them.

They write the product as “delivered” when nothing has been delivered yet. They are not responsive by whatsapp, line nor facebook.
The provided phone number don’t exist.
Ruined my valentine’s day surprise.

Order TH-1120250212100398 not yet received for 14th Feb 2025 delivery. Contacted them through line app but no response?? Don’t even know whether the order is being delivered or not.. no updates at all!

VERY LATE DELIVERY. No communication. Cannot call. The tracking they gave does not work. Will ruin your special day.

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend and specified the time window when she would be at home.
There was a short call that she missed. All her callbacks were declined.
Now, two days later, the flowers still haven't been delivered.

Today, my girlfriend called, and she was told the delivery would take place at 5:00 PM.
My emails are not being answered.

It was supposed to be a surprise, but it was completely ruined.
Now it's just problems—many calls, emails, and no results.
Yes the write to me bit only empty words.
the folwers i orderd for 12.02. still no delivery. the necklace i order for today, jo delivery.

i got a refound!
Today i order another Flowers they was deliverd in 2 Hours!!!

It's terrible. I highly do not recommend it. It might make your important day with the person you want to give it to feel upset instead of happy. Last year, the delivery was late. This year, it's okay, the delivery is not late, but the items are incomplete!! After a year, they make excuses. After a year, they should improve a bit. They have to follow up every year even though they are the recipients. Both years, they have to follow up. I read other people's reviews and they are just as terrible. You can read them on Pantip :)
