Use for free plan that's it

When it was time to renew my plan they upgraded me to a higher plan without my knowledge and did not give me any email notification when I seen the charge on my bank statement they told me it was too late for a refund. Also they were not able to link and post on my instagram.

Bummed to read this, Abdul. I reached out privately to see if I could resolve this for you, but I didn't hear back. According to our logs, you signed up for our Starter annual plan on May 31, 2024. Then 4 days later on June 4, 2024 you upgraded your account to the Growth annual plan from inside the app.

We have no control over what you do inside the app and whether you choose to upgrade or not. We can't stop you from upgrading your plan if you choose to do so. But we do make you confirm any attempted upgrade with multiple confirmations — to make sure you're doing the upgrade on purpose and not by accident.

For example, when you try to upgrade from inside the app, we show you a popup that says: "Are you sure you want to upgrade your account to the Growth plan?" You then have to confirm "Yes, upgrade my account" to actually execute the upgrade.

Regarding what happened in your case, you probably hit a limit in the app where you couldn't use a certain feature or couldn't create more posts without upgrading. You were on our lowest plan before the upgrade, so you had access to very few features and had severe limitations on creating posts. But whatever led to you upgrading your account, I just want to be clear: we (Post Planner) did not upgrade your account, as you said in your review. You upgraded your account.

One last thing: You said we did not send you a reminder email before the renewal. We did, in fact, send you a reminder email 4 days before your renewal on May 31, 2025 at 7am PT. According to our email management software, you opened the email.

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service. They actually reached out to me during my trial to see if there was any features I would like to see added or if I needed help. They immediately fixed a glitch I was experiencing and tweaked my plan to suit my needs. Great company and great product.

Better than the rest!

I trialed another tool first which cost double the price and the support was close to non-existent. The difference with Post Planner is amazing! I feel like I've asked a bunch of annoying questions but Josh answers quickly and cheerfully in record time. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

My review was too harsh so I've edited. Postplanner works and they care. You have to update it sometimes but that's understandable.

This program is an absolute LIFE SAVER

This program is an absolute LIFE SAVER. As a person who runs multiple clients, I needed something that saved me time because I work a full-time day job in addition to my freelance services. I was looking for something affordable, user-friendly, and quick to learn on my own.

I got all of those things but learning on my own wasn't necessary. The team is extremely responsive via text chat and they have plenty of training. Aside from that, this program helped me optimize my work and the post batching is potentially my favorite part.

I love that there's an app for me to use in addition to my desktop. It makes it very easy for me to use no matter where I'm at.

On a personal note, the customer service was better than most places these days. They were responsive, supportive, and encouraging, not to mention extremely helpful and kind. A business like theirs will always get my advocacy and money going forward.

You won't find a better scheduler for the price

I've been using PostPlanner for a few months for FB and Pinterest scheduling across multiple accounts. Smart and easy scheduling with flexible ways to fit it into your workflow.

Love how responsive they are – I made a few suggestions and they implemented new features I asked for in a matter of days. Days!

Can't imagine managing all my pages without it now – I would go crazy. Tried a bunch of other tools like Tailwind and Buffer and others but PostPlanner ended up being the one I stick with. Best value for the money and not nearly as limiting.

Scheduling into buckets is especially helpful for my workflow, thanks for listening and continuous improving!

Long-term customer - but now not so useful for Meta

Long-term customer - stopped using the app due to lack of meta functionality.

The app doesn't have much functionality to help with Meta, which is all we use for socials, but we kept using it for scheduling as we had a big queue of events and it was a hassle to change. Eventually cancelled, had a bit of a process to get it refunded but all sorted now and the developer did respond to help out.

Their focus is now on AI and other social platforms, but I can't speak to those features as I didn't use them.

Thanks for the review, Ben. We actually have a bunch of features that help with Meta platforms. These include: Facebook posts, reels and stories; Facebook text-on-background-image (TOBI) posts; Instagram posts, reels and stories; and Threads posts. You can also schedule carousels posts, tag pages and locations in posts, and schedule first comments (with timed delay).

We have probably the most complete set of Meta features compared to any other 3rd-party app. True, we don't have some functionalities that are available in the Meta Business Suite. But this is only because these functionalities are not made available via the Meta API — so no 3rd party tools have them.

Anyway, thanks for being a long-term customer. We'd love to have you back if you ever decide you need to post to more than just Meta platforms. Post Planner publishes to the 10 major networks: FB, IG and Threads (as mentioned), but also LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Business, TikTok, X/Twitter, Bluesky and YouTube.

What i love the most about Postplanner

What i love the most about Postplanner, the ease of Mass publishing, if you wan't to publish or scheduel 100 posts for a week, it is not easy at all to do it through facebook, also what if you want to publish the same content on other platforms (Impossible) but with post planner i was able to do this.

Also Josh him self as a support is amazing he reply very quickly any time an issue happens he respond to it and that what matters with any SASS Platform

I have been using Post Planner for the past few months and it has been a game changer for my business. With the ability to schedule posts to multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok, my social media presence has never been stronger. Buggy, slow product and poor customer service

I've used Post Planner since 2018. The main attraction was that it helped me to find relative content. It never worked 100% for my sector and repeatedly suggested identical posts, but overall was still helpful, so I kept up the subscription. As my team's grown and Post Planner's interface has changed, it's got more buggy and is very slow to use. Many posts failed, and the same suggestions for posts cropped up. It has also got a lot more expensive at $39 per month (billed annually), and I had planned to cancel my subscription to try another provider. Unfortunately, I did not get an email notifying me that my subscription would renew. Two weeks later, I realised and emailed them to request a cancellation and a refund for the remaining term. I was very fair and said I'd pay for the month we were using and that I'd still be open to coming back to Post Planner in the future. In response, I got a barrage of template emails explaining how to fix all the issues and even upsell me on a more expensive plan. Still, I replied respectfully, requesting they process my cancellation and issue a refund, to which I got no reply. So now it looks like we'll be paying for a full year subscription for something we don't intend to use. Whatsmore I will never again use Post Planner and recommend other customers, avoid it. Their customer service is not good, and their product, despite some good features, is still buggy and slow compared with the competition.

Not your typical social media management tool

I've done a ton of research on the different social media management apps, and Post Planner is the only one I've found that allows you to aggregate feeds from other resources so that you have an endless collection of curated content at your disposal. You'll never run out of content again. Great app!

Great app and great customer service
I've been using this service for years and have been very satisfied. I load up posts for Facebook a week or two in advance and never have to worry about them showing up. Finding content to post is a breeze inside the app--my followers love the content. Customer service has been very attentive and quick. Highly recommend PostPlanner.com.
