Waste of money for poor quality products. It's supposed to be a monthly subscription. I should be getting a box MONTHLY not once every 6ish weeks. I would be charged for my next box before I ever got the month before. Then the product is garbage. My puppy shred through the toys within minutes. Upgraded to the "tough plan" and for £30 I got 2 toys (not tough worthy) and 3 small treat bags. Definitely NOT worth £30. Gave it a go for 4 months and it was a complete waste if money. There are far better dog subscriptions out there. Wish I could include photos in this review.

Terrible delivery service, their service failed to deliver and then they wanted me to pay the delivery again and it's not cheap.

after a lot of back and forth I was able to request a refund, but it might take up to 90 days...

just looking at their website UI you can see that they don't put too much effort in what they do

I can not recommend Postman Pooch enough!! I recently moved to Australia leaving my little Dacshund in London.
I used to spoil him every occasion, birthdays, Christmas, valentines … any excuse! Postman Pooch has made this still possible. He absolutely loves the Postman Pooch deliveries and the amazing selection of high quality toys and treats. Ben and his team always go that extra mile helping me make the box as special as possible. So so grateful for them and this wonderful idea.

The girls birthday box was full of fabulous things and really good brands like Kong. My dog adored the cake and the toys. I thought this was such good value for money with excellent quality items. I will definitely be back!!

Wanted something special for my Dog Rocky's 16th Birthday and found Postman Pooch as the perfect solution I upgraded to having the gifts in a box which is decorated to suit a dog and the products were of the highest quality and delivered ahead of schedule by Royal mail. Great product and service shall be using again for Christmas and all future birthdays.

Ella our Bernerse Mountain fur baby turned 10 and so we thought we would treat her to a doggy cake. Wow, I have never seen her devour anything so hurridly. She loved it. It looked incredible too and the grandchildren enjoyed writing her name on the cake with the tube of doggy icing that comes with it.

She also enjoyed her toy and bag of dog treats we ordered. Would highly recommend.

I honestly don’t understand how this website has such low reviews? I ordered Xmas treat hampers for my 3 pooches and they arrived very quickly with the most gorgeous, luxurious Xmas toys and treats! I was so impressed when I opened them and my dogs absolutely loved everything in them. I was so excited to show them these on Xmas morning! I have a large husky, a springer spaniel and a wee border collie and none of them have managed to destroy any of the plush toys yet!! Which is amazing. Will definitely be purchasing from this company again. The only one thing I would ask is if they could add more section destails in when asking the dogs names as I could only put one of my dogs names in but I have 3. Doesn’t really matter though. Excellent company with excellent products!

Ordered dog cake on Mon 5th Dec... website said 24 hr tracked delivery so should be delivered by the 6th. Dogs 13th birthday on the 7th. Royal Mail emailed on the 8th saying they can't deliver until next working day (9th). Friday 9th Royal Mail strikes begin. Royal mail don't class weekends as working days so Monday 12th will be earliest delivery day... 7 days after order... 5 days after the boys birthday. So much for 24hr delivery.
I complained to Postman Pooch while also pointing out the fact that choosing Royal Mail only days away from strike action is irresponsible to your customers and advertising 24hr delivery is a straight up lie.
Their response was to make excuses by saying that the 24hr delivery is not guaranteed and Royal Mail are "RELIABLE"... which planet have you been living on??? Royal Mail are by FAR, the worst and most unreliable courier service in the country. I've attached the email as proof.

Needles to say, I won't be using this company in the future as they are clearly unreliable and terrible customer service... if only I read the 1* reviews before ordering... my bad.

Parcel arrived in plenty of time for penny's birthday . She and I were very pleased with her birthday box . My subscription boxs are very much looked forward too and never disappointed with the contents my pooch loves her monthly box of goodies

Postman pooch was overall great for me.

I ordered a box filled with a variety of things and they all came and was packed nicely so nothing was damaged!

Do not order! Never received the box and it's been well over 2 weeks. They gladly took my money though! Have emailed twice, sent a message via their contact form and tweeted them - but nothing in return. Awful service.

I absolutely love this company and shop with them every time i need toys and treats for my dog. Thankfully i checked the reviews elsewhere before my purchase as there aren't many on here which seems to be affecting their score. I couldn't recommend this company more, always get it spot on and the lady on customer service was really friendly when I rang last time to change my order.

Very Paw!! Do not order these subscription boxes! I paid extra for a 'tough dog toy box'. But my cockapoo destroyed these toys within 20 mins! What a waste. My box was late this month and my payment was taken for my October box before I had even had a chance to open the September box - 1 day after delivery! When I questioned the quality of the tough toys, Postman Pooch's customer service was aggressive and very unhelpful. I then asked to cancel my plan and they have refused to give me a refund! I have disputed the payment with my bank. Terms and conditions to not change your consumer rights Postman Pooch! I would not normally leave a bad review for a 'small family business', but these guys are not giving small business a good name!

Really impressed with how quickly Postman Pooch got my order together, it arrived super quick all in great condition in a box with my dogs name on. Also great communication with updates of where they are at with your order. Would recommend to anyone, thanks for great service!

I just want to say a huge thank you to Postman Pooch for the amazing cake I ordered. Not only did it look fabulous, it arrived on time and came with 3 complimentary mini cup cakes which both my boxers adored! This is the first time I have used this company and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them if you’re looking to spoil the most important loves of your life!
