My experience with Aisosa was honestly so smooth and reassuring. The job process is difficult on its own and there’s often a lot of confusion or lack of preparation for it. Aisosa has made it so much easier from the very beginning and offered advice and support each step of the way, making sure that I was not only prepared but felt ready. Each step was explained in great detail and a lot of resources provided to help me prep for my interviews. It all came in so handy! The interview questions were almost the same as the ones provided. Aisosa also made sure to go over any interview feedback. Overall, her help made me feel much more confident and I was able to go in, make an impression, and get the job!

The contact from the beginning was very collaborative and Portfolio understood client expectations and deliverables. Service and response time was exceptional.

We hired 1 candidates through this agency, and they send 2 however both experiences were highly disappointing. There was clearly no proper screening or testing done before recommending them. We invested significant time and resources in training, only to realize that both hires lacked the required skills . These mistakes not only caused operational delays and financial losses but also showed a lack of accountability from the agency. Despite our repeated requests, they refused to refund the service charge even though the issue was entirely due to poor candidate vetting. Would not recommend working with this agency based on our experience.
