What impressed us most is that WorkWolf isn't just filling seats, they're optimizing for performance. They measure what makes people succeed in our specific environment, not just who looks good on paper. It's a fundamentally different approach to recruiting. Plus the cost is a relief compared to the agency fees we were paying before.
We had been looking for a new consultant for over a year, and Workwolf proposed finding one in only 30 days. This is a very specialized position for our firm, and very hard to fill. To say I was skeptical is somewhat of an understatement but we felt for the price it was worth the risk. As it turned out, they fulfilled their promise and we hired a new consultant from the candidates that Workwolf found for us.
Mark, who worked with us also did the prefiltering of the applicants to narrow the list to a top candidates list which is also very valuable to me. The workload was much reduced, and the results were excellent.
Overall, we are exceedingly happy with the service and will be recommending them to anyone who asks. Great job
