Not all Porsche centres are the same. They may look similar, but within those walls at Teesside lies a whole new experience if you are used to being, or anticipate being treated like a number.

As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by one of a few receptionists with a friendly face, a friendly manner, and a genuine interest in helping you get to see who or what it is that brought you in.

After a quick browse amongst the showroom cars, it’s pretty obvious that this collection has been curated by a Porsche enthusiast who knows his / her stuff. Most models are on show, many in colours you would have to see first before understanding how well they work, and the models are either tastefully optioned to prove what is possible for a budget, or kitted out like the option list got every tick. Here you will see basic 911’s sitting alongside GT3’s and fully optioned Cayenne’s and Panamera's in between basic or S/GTS Macan models and Taycans of all derivatives. If you like your cars, you’ll love walking around here.

Once you are ready to chat, you can sit down with a coffee or cold refreshing drink and discuss your perfect car. These guys genuinely want to help you, and because the brand is so sought after, residual values are high enough to almost guarantee you that finance packages will cost you less than you would have thought. What would you really rather have, a decent yet dull brand, or a Porsche? Well It’s worth doing the maths, because the Porsche is more affordable than you think.

At no time during my dealings with Steve in Sales, James in Business or Simon in management here did I feel anything less than truly valued. They went above and beyond for me throughout my dealings with them, and have pretty much guaranteed that not only will I not entertain another Porsche dealership ( I’ve experienced a few ) but I would not likely entertain any other brand. I feel comfortable in the knowledge that here they understand how to build relationships, and that once relationships are formed, they do anything in their power to gain and retain trust.

This cannot be said of many car dealers nor can it be said of many brands. You may actually expect a brand such as Porsche, a brand that really doesn’t need to do much to sell its products, to be totally stand off-ish and, like a previous encounter I had elsewhere, that you should need to prove you are worthy ( financially or otherwise). However, at Porsche Teesside it is them that try very hard to be worthy of your business, no matter who you are. They get my vote, and my business, and I suggest you give them the opportunity to get yours too.

Initially I had ordered a brand new 718 GT4 but knew I was in for a longish wait, therefore I kept my options open and considered a used one. Teeside Porsche were the dealership in which I approached to find me the car and spec that I wanted, the Manager Colin and Sales Advisor Suvodeep didn’t disappoint and found me the perfect 718 GT4 in excellent condition, low mileage and the exact spec that I’d wanted. I had a long journey to the Teesside dealership to peruse the car and I was greeted with a very warm welcome. Everything about the car was described in great detail and I was then given time to look over the car myself. Having been delighted with the car, I made the purchase, this was dealt with quickly and smoothly. I’d requested that the car be delivered and Suvodeep kept me updated every step of the way, nothing was ever too much trouble, Suvodeep’s customer service goes beyond 9 til 5, he would send me updates past his working hours and even on his day off - you don’t very often get a Sales Advisor who has such commitment and passion and who also goes out of their way to make sure their customer is happy. I will most definitely be returning to Teeside Porsche and requesting Suvodeep as my Sales Advisor in the future.

But porsche teesside was by far the best in every aspect. They treat you like a valued customer and respect their clients.

Great service from Steven, who made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and he spent a long time with us going through the car configurator, so that we know we have chosen the correct specification. He made the initial process simple and managed our expectations in terms of timescale for delivery.

recently took delivery of my new Cayenne ... have to say the colour is beautiful and looks even better in the flesh! David was exceptional throughout the process and so pleased we were able to conclude a deal. highly recommend Porsche Teesside and David if anyone is in the market for a new Porsche
