Wonderful experience from enquiry throughout to handover. The team at Porsche Teesside attention to detail, communication and care, is a delight.

For now, I have the pleasure to enjoy my new Cayenne, but I’ll be back in the future for the next purchase.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Porsche Teesside, and I can’t speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome by Julie and Sarah, which immediately set the tone for the visit. They were both friendly and made me feel at ease right away.

I also had the chance to speak with Souvodeep, and his knowledge of the vehicles was impressive. He took the time to answer all my questions in detail, ensuring I had all the information I needed.

The atmosphere was made even better by the friendly and approachable manager, Simon, who was just as welcoming as the rest of the team. All in all, a fantastic experience with top-notch customer service. Highly recommend visiting Porsche Teesside!

Suvodeep Paul was an absolute pleasure for both myself and husband’s purchase. He endeavours to go above and beyond, without being intrusive or pushy. The whole process from start to finish progressed with utmost smoothness!
The centre in Teeside is not pretentious in the slightest. All contact is informal, however, his professionalism seeps through!

I visited the showroom to test drive a 911, as this will be a daily driver I took along my kids to make sure it worked for the whole family. Ben was my host and he couldn't have been more accommodating of my children and spent time with us not only on the test drive but also to ensure my kids had a wonderful time after the test drive. We can safely say they are now Porsche fans and hopefully customers of the future. My thanks to Ben for all his knowledge, passion and kindness during our visit and the whole staff who greeted us. Would thoroughly recommend buying from Ben and Porsche Teesside, a great experience.

I booked a trackday at the last minute & Porsche Teesside were able to help me out at short notice. I needed a side to side rear wheel rotation to help maximise tyre wear.
I was greeted & offered refreshments at reception & then Jade checked if I needed the vehicle washing & if any additional checks were required in the workshop. Everything was carried out on time & the parts department were able to assist in sourcing me the correct grade topup oil to have on hand at the track. Thanks to Jade, the techs & all involved for the short notice assistance.

Came to Porsche Teeside after visiting a few Porsche dealers. Service was excellent the time taken to go through all options on two very different cars and explain each and every detail while making sure I was comfortable with no pressure was the best service I have ever had. If you are in the market for anything Porsche related I throughly recommend Porsche Teeside

How professional, simply 5star service.
I’m on holiday at the minute and bought a Porsche Taycan turbo s and had it delivered within 3 days to my home in Ponteland. A massive thanks to Suvodeep Paul and Craig Wallace for their care and attention. Very impressive indeed, thank you.

Cayenne booked in for service at a very reasonable price. Excellent experience with a particular mention to Nicola on reception who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Terrible Team - trying to buy a car from this dealership is a drama.
One minute you need a £1k deposit the next it’s £3k deposit. The next they don’t want your deposit they need the finance to be arranged ahead of deposit. Which is it? At least get your process correct and the team saying the same thing.
Suv is so pushy and aggressive to secure the deal, then, when the vehicle is available he doesn’t even come back to advise you.
David is unreliable spoke to him two days ago, followed up with an email and we’ve not heard back.
How is this service level acceptable ?
I’d give it 0 stars if i could.
Stressful experience clearly they don’t want the business such a shame the car was the only one of spec that I liked otherwise i’d have taken the business elsewhere! :(

Steve Teasdale and Ben did a great job with the handover of my new 911 Turbo S Cab!

After 6 months of owning my 911 working offshore; I have finally managed to have a Masterclass with David and the techs. Very informative and the hospitality is always second to none.

Brilliant service all round , bought the car over phone , got a great px price for my then current 911.
When I went to collect it Steve was absolutely brilliant , I really enjoyed the handover and the car was better than I ever imagined .
I drive over 280miles to collect my 992 and it was worth the drive .

Just taken delivery of my new 911 from David Singh, and the whole process from start to finish has been amazing... he is a credit to the brand

Received Excellent customer service from Keith Penman, on arrival at Porsche Teesside . We were greeted by the welcoming front line reception staff, and received a very warm welcome from keith, who showed us around the showroom, with out feeling under any pressure keith was very knowledgable whilst explaining in great depth about the various models of cars available, nothing was too much to ask. This certainly made our visit to Porsche Teesside a relaxed and enjoyable experience with the excellent customer service we received from keith.
I would recommend Porsche Teesside.

I have had two interactions with Porsche Teesside in recent weeks. One regarding Servicing, the other Sales.
Both experiences were excellent. Care, understanding, empathy and a genuine respect for the customer resulted in excellent customer service from all front of house staff with whom I had interaction.
The Service Department dealt with my service requirements and MoT effectively and within the timeframe agreed. Excellent.
Sales, too were outstanding fulfilling my requirements and supplying the vehicle; presented in superb condition ( not an easy task, as I am extremely fastidious about the condition of my vehicles and ‘good’ is not sufficient.
If I can produce a better result then ‘they’ are not trying. Trust me, I am skilled in this area as many friends will attest, having served an effective apprenticeship in my uncles’ coach works many years ago…..
The finish was superb.
David Singh’s attentiveness and desire to ‘see me happy’ are worthy of mention, nothing was too much trouble. So too, is Ben Traviss’s attention to technical detail at handover ensuring that I was au fait with my vehicle’s idiosyncrasies. After more years than I care to mention of being a ‘petrol head’ these guys have made the transition to an ‘electron head’ relatively painless.
I have had the pleasure of dealing with a number of Porsche Dealerships over the years and can say that all have been a pleasure to deal with. However, Teesside has gone above and beyond on a couple of occasions now. This latest experience was nothing short of excellent in all areas.

Big thanks to Christopher Wilson (Porsche Teesside Service Advisor) Service Advisor - Chris listened to my thoughts on an engine fault where I believed it was due to a hose issue on the add blu system. Instead of charging heavy fees for diagnostic checks like a lot of garages can, Chris had a lead technician view the vehicle with me who agreed and quickly repaired the exact fault. Chris ensured a courtesy car was available for the same day and furthermore examined the intemised repair cost, ensuring that I only paid for what I actually required. I have had no further issue since this visit. A pleasure to deal with and certainly exceeded both myself and my families expectations. Excellent work.
