WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS UNSERIOUS COMPANY!

I would strongly advise against purchasing from Pompeii Brand. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating, with blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and a complete failure to honor their own refund policy.

I placed an order in mid-November, expecting reasonable delivery times. Instead, the order was severely delayed with no notice, and despite repeated requests for compensation, all I was offered was a useless discount code for a future purchase—why would I ever buy from them again?

When I finally received the shoes over a month late, they didn’t meet expectations, so I returned them. Pompeii received my return almost a month ago, and their own policy states refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. It has now been far longer, and I have yet to receive my money back.

This company is dishonest and unprofessional. They ignored my requests, delayed my order for weeks, and then delay my refund after getting the product back. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere—this is not a brand that respects its customers.

Speed of my delicery was amazing, shipped in 2 days to The Netherlands. Bought 2 hoodies, quality and fit of the hoodies seems good.

It’s absolutely ridiculous. I’m sure I’m not the first one noticing this.
23rd of December I was in Madrid and I wanted to try those shoes, cause it’s been days that I was checking them online.
I did try them. 139 euros.
Did not buy them, I wasn’t sure, I wanted to give some time to think.
Same day I check online 139.
Next day or the day after I’m checking online and suddenly it’s 170 or 179 smt like that. And I’m like….. 🤔
I’m definitely sure, sales are coming so they have to show that supposedly reduce the price.
Today, I’m checking… guess what…it’s SALES… from 175 went to 140.

Still, some victims will buy, but we live in 2025… internet, online hello…!!???
By the way the one pair I wanted it was almost 2 sizes smaller that mine. I’m 40 and my feet couldn’t enter the 40.
I tried the blue one and it was very tight and I had on my mind that will open cause it’s leather. But still the foot couldn’t breathe.
Basically that’s why didn’t buy and hesitated.
Stop cheating people.!!!

Calidad pésima. Servicio postventa peor. 3 meses de uso y a la basura.

I ordered a shirt that arrived damaged. The print had permanent creases and marks. When I contacted customer support, they suggested I should "fix" the print using an iron, which seemed highly questionable to me. At that point, I thought the damage might have occurred during shipping since the shirt was sent in a thin plastic bag with almost no protection.

The shirt didn’t fit anyway, so I decided to reorder it in a larger size. To my surprise, the new shirt arrived with exactly the same damage in the same spots. This clearly shows the company is aware of the issue but chooses to ship defective items without warning customers.

I returned both shirts, and according to tracking, they were delivered back to the company on December 2, 2024. It has now been two weeks, and I have not received a refund. Additionally, I’ve sent multiple messages to customer support, but they haven’t responded at all.

This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Their lack of quality control and poor customer service are unacceptable.

Never received my item.

update: I contacted the company 10 days after placing an order. (on their site it states that they ship in 2-3 days to where I live.) Important for you to know that they have never contacted me with the shipping info or delay. After finally receiving a reply, they told me that my item will be shipped in the future, because it "comes from a different warehouse." I asked for a cancellation and a refund immediately. These aren't serious people, do not waste your money.

Me encanta esta tienda. Es de las pocas en las que nunca he tenido un solo problema con el envío. La atención al cliente es increíble y super resolutiva. Te tratan de manera profesional pero cercana y de verdad sientes que te están ayudando con cualquier duda que haya tenido y nunca te dan las respuestas genéricas odiosas

¡NO COMPREN EN ESTA COMPAÑÍA!
Hace casi 2 meses devolví un artículo porque no me quedaba bien. Actualmente sigo esperando mi dinero. No contestan a los correos electrónicos y cobran tarifas de envío de devolución exorbitantes.

Worst shopping experience I’ve ever had!

Son los peores zapatos que he tenido, con diferencia. Horma malísima y comodidad cero. Ni por 20€ los compraría. Rozan lo más grande el pie y te deja rozaduras que jamás las tuve con otra marca... Llevo 55 años usando zapatos, no soy nuevo en esto. Lo siento por ellos.

me gusta mucho el prducto; es muy transpirable, y el dibujo de la camiseta es excepcional pero el servcio de la empresa digamos que no es el mejor por que al principio me cancelaron el pedido sin notificarme y luego me preguntaron el destinanario varias veces cuando yo yua le habia contestado. Dejando aparte el servicio quien me atendió fue muy respetuiosa y me ayuda mucho a enteder la situación y resolver algunas preguntas.

Típica marca que todo es bonito hasta que tengas problemas. Como que el vendedor se equivoque recomendándote la talla. Te dicen que no pueden hacer nada porque las zapatillas están usadas, que te dan un descuento pero la realidad es que luego ni siquiera te mandan el descuento…

Compre un par de Pompeii me suministraron un color erróneo y me dicen que tuvieron un problema de producción y se niegan a cambiarlo por el color solicitado a pesar de estar el modelo solicitado actualmente en la página web

Decepcionada, poco profesionales, no volveré a comprar

Mala calidad. Al cabo de 1 año y un mes con las zapatillas higby grey , con un uso normal de la zapatilla (4-5 meses: son de invierno) la suela de una de ellas se ha desenganchado en la parte delantera. Síntoma de mala calidad. La marca se desentiende ofreciendo un 15% para una nuevas zapatillas alegando que la reclamación se ha hecho fuera del plazo de garantía que es de 1 año. Me puse en contacto con ellos 1 año y un mes después de la compra. Síntoma de marca que cuidad poco a sus clientes. No volvería a comprar. No la recomiendo.

Los zapatos son de buena calidad y son de precio asequible. He comprado tanto online como en tienda. La atención ha sido buena y los plazos de envío cortos.
