Just terrible. I really like their style, but I placed my order on the 28th and haven't received anything. I've contacted them four times and had one reply. I've now requested a chargeback with AMEX so I can at least get money back.

Mi experiencia comprando en la web de Pompeii fue excelente. El proceso fue claro y rápido, el pedido llegó en perfectas condiciones y en el tiempo previsto. Estoy muy satisfecha con la calidad y el servicio, porque además pedí un cambio de modelo, y este fue rápido y sin inconvenientes. Así que sin duda volveré a comprar.

Solicité el cambio de unas zapatillas, después de pagar la diferencia por ser más caras, me dijeron que el cambio había sido tramitado y que esperara noticias del transportista. De esto va para un mes, les escribo y les llamo y no contestan. Experiencia muy negativa.

Crazy shipping return cost from France... 6 euros to ship from Spain and 16 euros to return the package.

Ich habe mir ein paar Loafer bestellt, diese waren allerdings zu klein, weshalb ich sie zurückschicken wollte. Rücksendung beantragt, Etikett etc. bekommen, soweit keine Probleme. Nun ist allerdings ein Monat vergangen seitdem das Paket laut DHL bereits wieder im Service Center angekommen ist und ich habe weder mein Geld zurück, noch überhaupt eine Nachricht geschweige denn Antwort auf meine E-Mails an den Support bekommen. Wirklich bodenloser Service, die Schuhe waren zudem eher so mittelmäßig verarbeitet.

It's a real shame as I love their style however, in the current world of online ordering, their delivery is too slow and if buying internationally (I ordered from the UK) you may as well dismiss a return as the cost was so expensive around 35%/40% of the item price so an expensive risk on sizing etc.. The sizing comes up small and would go two sizes up based on their size guide.

Compré unas zapatillas de Pompeii que, tras cuatro meses de uso normal, se rompieron por dentro. Les escribí, me contestaron una vez pidiéndome fotos e información, les mandé todo y desde entonces, nunca más volvieron a responder, a pesar de que les escribí varias veces más.

Con el precio que tienen, es inaceptable que se deterioren tan fácilmente. Una marca que se vende como de calidad no puede ofrecer este tipo de producto ni desentenderse de esta forma ante un problema.

Muy decepcionada con la falta de seriedad y de atención postventa. No repetiré.

I ordered shoes over 2 weeks ago and I’m still waiting. Appalling customer service. Whats app doesn’t work and the email is generally not replied. I have requested a refund but waiting for a reply.

Le doy 2 estrellas porque, tras la experiencia con sus zapatos mi experiencia cambió de 5 estrellas a 2...

El servicio de entrega genial, pero la calidad de los zapatos no tiene nada que ver con las zapatillas (llevo años y feliz...). Creo que, aunque desde atención al cliente me dicen que es uso normal para mi unos zapatos de 139€ no pueden quedar así tras usarse tan solo un día.

This brand really doesn't care about its customers. I ordered a pair of shoes 2 weeks ago. I haven't received anything. They tell me that the parcel was lost when in fact it was never sent, because the tracking only indicates that the label was created. To apologize, they gave me a code that doesn't even work, what a joke! They told me they were sending a new pair from their warehouse in Valence and that the parcel was already on its way, but in the end nothing happened. No explanation, they don't reply to mails or messages, I've got to get away from them! They just make posts on instagram! Just read the comments on other posts to see that I'm not the only one.

I accidentally ordered shoes in the wrong size on their website. I quickly contacted their support and asked to cancel or adjust the order. They declined my request, even though the order was shipped after (!) me reaching out to them.

I told them upfront that I will return the product and they promised not to charge the return cost to me, but when the refund came - the return cost was deducted anyway (!).

Regardless, I ordered the correct size, which wasn't shipped for several days. They didn't tell me that it was out of stock until I reached out to them myself (!).

As an "excuse" they sent me a 20% discount code. But when I tried using it on their website - it turned out to be invalid (!). When I asked the support for a valid code but they just ignored my messages (!).

I feel sorry for the designers of this brand, who seem to be doing a good job. But the way they treat their customers is just horrible.

I ordered a jacket for €150, but just two days later, I noticed it had been marked down to €100. I contacted customer service to ask if I could be refunded the difference, as is common practice in Sweden. Unfortunately, they told me the only way to get the discount was to return the jacket and place a new order.

This meant I had to wait for the original jacket to arrive, return it to Spain, and then re-order the exact same item – a process that is both inconvenient for the customer and unnecessarily harmful to the environment. Very disappointing experience, especially considering how easily this is handled by most other retailers.

Recently bought the 112th Anniversary shirt for Real Racing Santander, and the shirt was of middling quality. On the outside, several loose/frayed stitches could be easily seen. For the inside, even though I understand the inside stitching isn't always perfectly finished, the stitching quality was poor even for the interior of a shirt. Many frayed/loose stitches on the inside, disappointing given the very nice presentation and pictures online.

I don't usually write reviews, but I don't agree with the rather low score this site has.

I ordered two t-shirts and one shirt from Pompeii on Monday. I received my order today, on a Thursday. In my eyes, the shipping speed is more than adequate, so definitely a +1 for me.

The fabric on the t-shirts is of good quality, but for €50 to €60 per t-shirt, I expected better. The brand is based in Spain and Spain has rather warm climate. That could be the reason for the average thickness of the fabric.

The short sleeve shirt is better made and definitely thicker. No complaints here.

I also chose to size down (from M to S) based on their measurements. The clothes fit, but shrinking during washing could pose a problem. I'll update my review if that happens.

Overall I'm happy with my order. I would buy again from Pompeii if there is a sale going on or if they increase the thickness of their fabric.

Its a Scam.

Your choosing a pair of shoes wich cost 129€ and add it to your cart. Then you want to order them but since they are in your cart, they cost 160€ (I do have screenshots of all of that to proof it). in addition, after you have showed some interest, it seems like there is only exactly your size left (I think they try to motivate you to buy them).

After reading even more reviews about their return policy, I am not taking the risk to order shoes at Pompeiibrand.

This is a legit review of Order No. 481610, a pair of women's Vega Pony Loafers. I first saw the shoes on the Pompeii Instagram page and inquired about sizing. They answered that the shoe ran large, so I should size down. Which I did. My order was delivered to the Netherlands within a few days. The shoes looked just as gorgeous in reality; however, they were too small. If you plan to order these, stick to your actual size; they're pretty TTS. I had to contact customer service to initiate a return, as there is no exchange option for international orders. Indeed, one has to pay for a return shipment UNLESS you re-order another size -- in this case, the shipping costs will be reimbursed. I ended up re-ordering a size bigger, i.e. my regular 38, and this one's a keeper. Great craftsmanship, comfortable fit, quality packaging, dustbag included. I can say nothing but positive about the company's customer service, in particular, the two lovely ladies, Valeria and Martina, who answered all my questions and guided me through the process of return. No delays in our communication whatsoever. I wouldn't hesitate to shop with Pompeii again.

I ordered a pair of Pompeii shoes, the shoe number ran very small so I decided to return them via the return label Pompeii sent me. It has now been almost a month since they have received my return and I wrote to them several times on all sorts of channels (email, social media) and am receiving no reply and obviously no refund either. Beware! UPDATE: Just received a refund wether it is posting a bad review that did it or just insisting, it was sorted in the end.

Si valoras tu dinero no compres nada de esta marca ! Tuve la mala idea de comprar un par de zapatos los cuales me llegaron en el tiempo estimado para ser sincero. El problema sucedio cuando me probe los zapatos y eran como dos tallas menos a las que yo ordene... aunque los zapatos dicen ser 42 Eu. Me puse en contacto para pedir un cambio de numero, me
respondieron diciendo de que me devolverian el dinero ( 20% menos) del valor qye cancele porque me
cobrarian la impresion de una etiqueta de retorno! les dije que no necesitaba mi dinero que solo deseaba un cambio de numero... me dejaron ignorado hasta el dia de hoy ! no compren aqui! a ellos no les importa el cliente luego de enviar lo que ellos quieren ! no malgastes tu dinero en esta marca!

I placed an order with this company and have requested an order number numerous times and they do everything to avoid giving me it, either not responding or avoiding my request! The order was £100 the money has left my bank account and I have no email confirmation. I have since read awful reviews so regret ordering with this brand. They really need to sort their customer service out. If I don’t hear anything soon I will be reporting them!
