Excellent repair work after having some machinery removed. Very professional, quality job. Highly recommended.

I have used many types of flooring over the years.But this was my first project with Epoxy resin. Admittedly I did do a lot of shopping around locally and on the internet. Thankfully I came across Polycote.
There customer service is very high standard and I initially used there chat service which is extremely responsive and all my answers were promptly addressed in a competent manner. I also made a few email queries which were dealt with helpfully.In particular I found Zach Britchford really helpful.He was able to provide good advice. It was with this customer service team that directed me to use Flortex Professional with WD Primer.
This is top notch product which I applied by myself.It does have a very professional finish which has impressed all that have seen in so far.I used it in a new basement conversion.My advice would be to read the instruction for application and coverage very carefully as they are very precise. The setting times are extremely precise and the product does set as stated.So you may wish to get some help to apply the product in order to apply it within time.Usage is precise to the ml.
Totally happy and glad I didn't try to save money by going for a cheaper product.

Home owner employed painter to do the work, wood floor of less than 20sq mtrs. found it did not cover well and the paint went off so quickly, so having to spend a night away from home in local hotel while it dried was not a happy experience. I wil not be making use of this again.

Pleased with the product which we have used before.
My main gripe is that when I came to make a payment online the website suggested that there would be a surcharge if used a credit card for the transaction. I didn't have a debit card on me and therefore didn't complete the transaction.
I emailed the company regarding the illegal credit card surcharge and was assured that it wouldn't be made if I used a credit card. I made the purchase with credit card and wasn't surcharged but annoyingly I received another email a couple of hours after placing the order referring to the original order that I didn't complete a couple of days beforehand - offering me a % discount should I complete the transaction !!

Good product

Only part of the order arrived in very damaged packaging. I had to ring several times to try to resolve this. No one got back in contact with me, just the remainder of the order turned up 2 days later. On the plus side the product is good.

I applied the paint today, I will wait a few days for the paint to dry, then apply another coat. The coat looks very protective, damp areas which were to be protected are already looking dry.

Overpriced product, was specified to use, so had no choice. I asked if any discount was possible but no. Product opacity etc appears no difference to Johnstone's, armstead, Dulux etc available off the shelf. Will probably not use again.

Ordered mid afternoon, delivered mid-morning next day... can't do better than that! Polite and helpful service, though was told could lay up to 25mm Easiscreed Industrial at a time... data sheet says up to 15mm at a time... technical dept v helpful & reassured me that the old data sheet was sent and that 25mm is now approved. So all good. Thank you
