Cool survey creation, horrible user experience. I don't understand why can't I make small edits (e.g. delete a question/fix a typo) on a launched survey, with close to none responses. No i DON'T WANT TO RESEND the survey link to my audience, nobody likes spammers. Even google forms allows you to do that, and its free! Thanks for ruining my survey

Great platform for survey and idea validation. However, it can be a bit expensive.

the estimation of time given for fieldwork completion was always wrong! Complementarily, for no reason, we faced huge delays for markets such as Brazil, that are enormous and you should have large panels

Pollfish service and content made my survey seamless and practical.

The platform is easy to program and use, and results are typically captured quickly. The functionality is similar to a full-service platform but entirely DIY. Definitely, a tool I will continue to use.

Very easy, fast & efficient way to survey

Targeting and time to full results exceeded expectations. Will be using Pollfish again!

It is quite quick and accurate in collecting market research result.

1. How easy it was to create the survey.
2. How fast it was to gather the information.
3. How straightforward interpreting the results were.

Survey respondents were predominantly from one demographic..75% Caucasian. It would be more efficient and a better sample from the respondent population if the population could be equally yoked with all ethnicities minus the upcharge for this, or provide more precise demographic information or even training videos to help customers. They’re was not very clear directions on setting demographic criteria, and I had to get help from the chat several times with different people giving me different information. Once I paid for the data, it was too late to change anything and I didn’t really receive the demographic criterias I really needed. There should be better support and information, especially when spending this amount of money their should be more realistic pool of respondents and stronger tech support with clearer instructions on survey settings etc.

Easy to use interface. Free demographic information from the panel is invaluable and reduces burden on survey length.

It was fast and relatively easy to set up. it took a little bit of time to work through the UX, but it was pretty intuitive. The automatic feedback was helpful - it actually suggested a way to save money. There are some things I wished I could have done differently that were limited by the black-box nature of the system, but overall it was a tremendous value for the money and time involved.

Very disappointed this year. This is the third year in a row that I've used Pollfish for an annual survey. In the past, this took max 2 weeks to complete. This year, it took over 2 month to complete. Validation keep dropping the completion count. I appreciate that they validate, but I missed my deadline to turn in the results with my year end project when I started 4 week before my deadline. I wont be using them again.

Upon using software, their AI feature kicked in, auto generated questions. I went ahead moved forward with going live as it said this will be reviewed with poll fish but it wasn't. Had questions on my poll that had nothing to do with my project, screwing up my data. I've used them many times before, now taking business else where.
