I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Pollfish.
After raising an urgent issue regarding missing location data (which makes the survey results largely unusable), I’ve now been waiting 11 days without any meaningful update or resolution. Despite multiple attempts through customer support chats and email, I’ve received nothing beyond generic responses saying the issue has been “escalated.”
The lack of location data completely undermined the purpose of my project. I initially structured my survey to analyse regional responses, but due to this issue I was forced to proceed blindly just to complete the required sample size. This has significantly impacted the value of the data I paid for.
What’s most disappointing is the complete lack of proactive communication. For something raised as urgent, I expected at least regular updates or a clear timeline for resolution — neither of which were provided.
At this point, my confidence in the platform has been seriously affected. I’ve also requested a partial refund given the disruption and time lost, but have yet to receive a proper response.
Until support reliability improves, I would struggle to recommend Pollfish to others.

Survey’s never pay Customer service says they have the right to decline at anytime. Even after you’ve completed it and they’ve taken your time, data and answers.

Scummy scammy polls that let you go complete them and then say they have been declined. Awful and do not trust.

Polifish is a legit survey site i use it on freecash but the only negative is that they give you small amount of money

The platform mas misleading with guiding the survey design, leading to something that biased the sample. Then when I complained asking to refund for the missing sample that I would need to fix this, the support team was unable to understand the situation and didn't solve a single thing

Great customer service and a very fair, transparent pricing model based on completed responses. I've tried many survey platforms as a researcher, and this one is definitely the best!

Working with this Pollfish has been a great experience. Their team is incredibly helpful, responsive, and proactive, and they have strong processes in place that keep projects running smoothly from start to finish. It’s clear they’re committed to making things easy and efficient for their clients.

Their UI is very easy to use, lots of question flexibility, but most importantly, the results analytics tool/report is TOP NOTCH

Everything was very smooth and easy

Survey results came back very quickly, and are comprehensive. Good response rate but not perfect audience identification, I got many responses from people outside my target audience.

Fast. Good customer experience. Transparent costs.

I am a new client and came in with a very urgent request to set up concept tests and get results to inform strategy with a total 6-day timing for field, clean, analyze and deliver. I think we might be able to pull it off! That meant setting up as a client, learning the Pollfish platform and Insights Builder platform. I can't believe the client service that has been provided to me over the last 5 days. It has been best in class. I am so thrilled to be working with Susan Stacy, Will and Victoria for holding my hand on this critical project.

Overall I like and appreciate the service. It helps a lot with finding out what a particular demo feels about various issues, and helps us narrow down our ad targeting. Only minor complaint is that it tends to be expensive to get granular, even with just 100 people responding.

Super easy to use, great support during setup, and extremely fast results that were easy to export and parse out for our use case. Highly recommend!

The Pollfish team got in touch promptly to guide me through the set up of my survey. The email notifications are great to avoid having to log-in to the platform to see the completion %.
Overall the experience was pleasant, I was surprised at how quickly we got everything up and running.
