oceanwide expeditions - 5/5 , amazing experience polartours booking - 1/5 , took months to get a clear answer about the actual date of the trip (booking page said trip ended on 3/19, actual date was 3/20 and had to go back and forth with tour operator to confirm) and also took months to confirm whether or not a free transfer to airport was included (it was, but i was told no by the tour operator and again had to go back and forth for months for a clear answer)
