I instructed Pointe Michel to undertake four valuations for a mixture of sheltered and extra care schemes. It was clear from the outset what information would be required from an information perspective, the fee basis was clear and included a physical inspection of each site. Communication throughout was clear, prompt and efficient, with timescales adhered too. The end result, was a comprehensive and detailed report for each scheme. An excellent and professional service, who I intend to use again.
