The office is hidden away in Ladbroke Grove but once you do get there Paloma will give you a welcome with 5 star professionalism. Reliable and honest service provided at all time

I would highly recommend Irving Scott. I contacted them to source a housekeeper and was amazed how quickly they arranged it. The level of service is first class and I am very impressed by the high standards of housekeeping. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team!

I have never met an agency working so hard to give the best possible service not only for their clients but also for the candidates. Paloma was continually in contact me no consequence of time. I have go all possible help and very adequate information. I highly recommend Irving Scott for everyone.

Candidate with glamorous CV, great interview but refused to work on first day. Candidate clearly told me she wasn't interested and wanted to do something else when I asked her why is she refusing to pack a suitcase. Housekeeper who refused to work on first day isn't helpful and was sent away; I would have thought the agency would at least hear me out and speak to the housekeeper that they sent, but they were very rude and was very aggressive, instead of hearing me out, they immediately sent me a letter before legal action demanding that I pay them their fee of 8000 plus; they wanted to do interviews and trials when I have clearly informed them in advance that I will be staying in a hotel (between moves) it was impossible to comply with their tight time frame; and as I was told "we are not obliged to sent a replacement" & "I don't work for free." I ended up paying for nothing. Very bad experience.

(I did not say that I will ruin their reputation, when I was told I must do trials and interviews within a few weeks even though they had been informed in advance that I would be relocating to a hotel and that trials wasn't possible during my hotel stay. I felt they were being unreasonable. When they reassured me that they are the top agency in the UK and that they have very good reviews, I did tell them "not anymore." As a consumer, I felt deceived and believed I should voice my opinion in a civilized country that enjoys the freedom of speech.)

I am now with 2 other very good agencies each has sent candidates to interviews, which all went very well, and I have made offers on email to each agent so they know how much in % they should be charging me if the placement(s) were successful. Then it was followed by the housekeeper(s) 3 days trial(s) after I have settled into my new home (although it has exceeded their 3 months time frame. Cash was paid to the actual candidate(s) who came to the trials.
None of these professional agencies has yet asked for any payment fees nor have they sent any "letter before legal actions" to me in order to force monies out of me. I would think this is fair. However, the experience with Irvingscott was unpleasant and downright shocking that left me feeling I have been robbed. (personal opinion)
