What ever you do DO NOT use this company. Unfortunately I had to rate them with 1 star, as they aren't even that good. Full of false promises, they don't deliver anything they say they will and they don't respond to any E Mail or phone call requests. They say you have an account manager assigned to your job, but this is a lie. Absolutely disgraceful!!!

No problems I thought i registered it with pod point with no problems,linking my wife's tescos card was accepted. Yet after that all down hill,oops no I should ofcsaid FREEFALL. I have tried and tried to top up my account ,with my car been hybrid pod point ,it dies not accept debit cards.i have phoned and phoned and still can't sort it out.i have sent e mails .yet no joy compkete joke this company is
Friendly and professional installation
I had a brilliant installation today.
Haydn arrived on time and was really decent, professional and helpful throughout.
Finished on time exactly as mentioned.
At the end, he explained to me everything related to the application and how to use the charger.

My experience with this sham of an organisation is woeful to say the least. I wish i could give them a -star but its not possible. My advice to members of the public is to AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! They are just bad at the basics of customer service... I put in an order for EV Charger installation in my home, paid the deposit. The online system said a survey would be done and i would be contacted for this to be arranged. NOTHING FOR A WEEK! I then had to contact them myself and told by the installation lead (LADE ADEYEMI) that the survey will take place a week later. The survey takes place and again nothing else. I call them constantly and i am told that said installation lead Lade Adeyemi will get back to them or that he's at lunch... Must be a very long lunch as he has been gone for a week now and no call back. Today is 15.6.26 and i am currently having a verbal tug of war with a very confused operative called "Joseph" who insists that he will not put me through to the customer services team as he feels what he has told me is correct!!!! Talk about providing a good customer experience..... NOT!!!!!! All i want now is to get my deposit back and take my business elsewhere as clearly PODPOINT do not understand the very simple fact that professional integrity is something that should be valued well above profit. Cue the response from PODPOINT saying all we can say is we are sorry blah blah blah...... PODPOINT is "POINTLESS"
Don't get Pod Point - crap costumer support
I've had my Pod Point home charger for about a decade now. In the early years, costumer service was fantastic - I spoke with people from the UK, and an engineer rang me back within 24 hrs, or they sent an engineer straight away.
Since changing their app to Pod 2 weeks ago, my charger stopped working. It's now day 10 and my issue still isn't resolved.
Costumer service is crap. They are based offshore. Nothing personal, but they don't provide expert support. Replies to emails taken 48 hours at least. I asked to speak with a manager or tech support here in the UK, and they declined.
I'm really seriously considering to switch to another charger.
If you are just about to get their charger. Don't. You won't get the support you need straight away when your charger stops working.

I have been promised numerous calls and emails and received nothing and haven’t a clue when or if I will get a unit fitted. Zero star company - avoid at all costs
I ordered an ev charger on 13th May - I received a generic email on purchase date to advise there could be a delay of 2/3 weeks for installation - I have called them no less than 7 times chasing my installation and have received zero updates other than a project manager is dealing with my request. Today I have had to terminate my call to the operator after being told I was unable to be put through to a manager to speak further with regards to my cancellation and refund. I was advised my call would be terminated after 5 minutes - when I asked if she believed the customer service was of an acceptable level, I was met with silence - call terminated by myself and I’ve called back to speak to a different department who have acknowledged my conversation with an email and I have been transferred to the relevant department and advised my cancellation will now be processed - customer service for this company is zero - I have asked for email confirmation that my cancellation request has been acknowledged but apparently the operator is unable to send emails which is absolutely absurd- avoid this company at all costs

for pod Point. Had to make several phone calls, cannot speak to project manager Yazmin Miller too busy. I rang my bank for an immediate refund from this disgusting company. Which? Magazines have scored them top. Wow wondering where did they get that from.

Really wish I had bothered to read these reviews before i ordered , but assumed as they were partnered with our energy supplier, EDF, that they were legit. Exactly the same experience as so many of these reviews and by far the worst customer experience I have ever witnessed. Email chain surrounding our order is something to behold!!! Its been about two weeks since I ordered my pod point and haven't heard anything back from them, I have chased and nothing. I am thinking of cancelling very soon and asking for a refund

Absolutely disgraceful service and, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
The biggest issue was the manager, Dawid, whose conduct was completely unprofessional from start to finish. His communication was poor, he failed to provide clear information, and he showed a complete lack of accountability. For someone in a managerial position, his attitude and handling of the situation were unacceptable. Based on my experience, I seriously question whether he is suitable for a customer-facing management role.
The level of incompetence, lack of responsiveness, and disregard for customer concerns caused unnecessary stress, frustration, and delays. What should have been a straightforward process became unnecessarily difficult because of the poor service provided.
I have already submitted a formal complaint and received a response, but I am not satisfied with the way this matter has been handled. I intend to escalate the complaint further with Point One and pursue the matter until it is properly addressed.
I would strongly advise anyone considering using this service to think twice. If your case is handled by David, I would recommend exercising extreme caution. This has been an appalling experience and one that I would not wish on anyone.
Avoid using pod point
Avoid using pod point, our unit stopped working after 3.5 years. They have told us it is the motherboard from their remote diagnostics and sent us a payment link to pay for a repair. £400 and it’s not the motherboard, customer service is an overseas call centre and they are pleasant but a gets really poor when they hand it over to the uk tech team. The uk tech team sending emails are either kids or just rude. We now have no charger for two EVs and can’t even get a quote out of them that makes sense.

Thank you Pod Point once again you failed to charge my car. This is not the first time we have had issues Swanage Beach car park another disaster and no charge. Zero stars from me.

I paid in full for my order and 4 weeks passed and no communication about my install.
I gave an ultimatum if I don’t hear from them by the end of the week I would be cancelling. To then receive an email saying thanks for letting them know I’d like to cancel!
This company is by far the worst customer service I have ever received.
2 months before required
2 months before required, I had an EV charger installed by PodPoint, when it came time to charge my EV, the charger had not been commissioned correctly. This left me unable to charge my car, on a Sunday.
I contacted PodPoint, only for them to provide incorrect information and apologise. No offer of recompense for a fully paid up service. Very very poor response from PodPoint
Too many broken promises and timescales
Numerous promises from both Sales and support that are not met. One after another, with no updates still despite promises.
Promised installs of 1-2 weeks by sales.
Amended to 2-3 weeks by support.
Promised response within 5 working days of sending survey info. 12 days later, I'm still waiting.
Wishing I had gone elsewhere if this is what their service is like at the start.
