Public chargers always broken
I use (or at least try to) their public chargers at Tescos. This is convenient because I can charge my car whilst I’m shopping. Or not, because more often than not they are out of order or break whilst in use. When they are eventually fixed again they don’t last long until breaking again. I have no idea why a big company like Tesco chose to allow this pathetic company to win the contract to provide EV charging on their premises. I hope they won’t be renewing with them in future so that I can actually charge my car whilst shopping.
What customer service
Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.
I have repeatedly contacted the company regarding a faulty EV charger at my property, which remains unresolved. Despite multiple follow-up emails, I have received no response or acknowledgement. As a result, I have been forced to pay to charge my vehicle elsewhere, incurring unnecessary additional costs.
After several unanswered emails, I have submitted a formal complaint and still had no response.
I understand that issues can arise, but a complete lack of communication and failure to respond to a customer's concerns is unacceptable.

So far I have had a really poor quality experience with this company, and I haven't even started using their charger yet. Oh... nobody at podpoint seems to know where the bloody hell it got delivered to. They say that it got delivered to me last Friday? I was working from home so I was in the entire day and had no deliveries from them. Asked them which courier they used and to provide a proof of delivery. I am still waiting. The person I spoke to even had the cheek to tell me to chase it up with "THEIR" 3rd party installer, who is just that. An installer who probably has nothing to do with the delivery of the package. I paid £899 cash up front to PodPoint. NOT THE INSTALLER. Should you not be the one doing the chasing up with whomever it is you said delivered the package to me last Friday? On top of that it took forever to actually speak with someone. Had to call back 5 times because agent hung up on me. Im already feeling like cancelling my order and getting a full refund. If you dont value me as a customer and my business enough to resolve it, I am quite happy to go elsewhere!!! Please resolve this ASAP!! Installation is in 3 days time but there is nothing to install as it stands. Customer service so far = very very poor. Communications not lagging far behind
Very bad communication and failure to keep promises and appointments
Very bad communication, they don’t keep their word on appointments, the don’t cancel they just don’t show up and even if you call them several times , the representative apologises and says it will be priority to respond and reschedule but nothing happens and when you call them they have no updates or information and they start apologising again, I really don’t recommend them as providers, they are totally dissociated when it comes to communication
Poor Customer service
I encountered an issue where the charger was not operational. Upon contacting customer service, I was informed that the vehicle was at fault. We subsequently visited a Mercedes-Benz dealership for inspection, where the vehicle was charged without incident.
Following extensive communication with Pod Point, they acknowledged a fault with the charger. I requested an appointment outside of standard business hours and was assured of notification, but this did not occur. Upon calling back, I was placed on hold while the customer service representative attempted to contact the scheduling team. The call was then transferred, and despite further discussion, the issue remained unresolved. I was advised that I would receive notification the following day.

Order a home wall charger in May and still waiting, installation date came and went, no installer, no contact, no apology. Day off work taken, lost a days holiday plus potential earnings
No communication/very slow refund process
No communication. Impossible to get through to customer services in a timely manner. Still awaiting refund, no clue when this will happen. Waiting to dispute and claim via bank. Shockingly bad company hiding behind glossy marketing. EDF need to disassociate quickly. Avoid!

You get through to somebody (third party I think) on the tellephone who promises that someone will get back to you but nobody does
I did get an engineer turn up (Mr Negative Nilesh Chauhan) who right from the start had no customer service experience, and left because he didn’t have the right tools, equipment for the job.
What’s the point of the initial survey that you need to do. All for when they turn up without what they need.
I live in a newish build so I thought it would have been straight forward

They are the least helpful company I’ve…
They are the least helpful company I’ve ever had the unfortunate experience to work with. Communication is terrible (can’t understand a majority of their call helpers), they don’t get back to you with any updates. My electric vehicle has arrived and I’ve still not got my electric charger installed. I can’t believe companies like this are allowed to operate. The government is making a big push for electrification and they allow these cowboys to operate the installations. Unfortunately my experience I’ll be telling everyone to stick to hybrid.

Terrible experience. Paid the deposit, gave all videos and pictures within 24 hours. Customer service is difficult to work with, you are not able to speak to the project managers. General communication is poor. After three weeks of chasing, I cancelled. Reviews suggest getting your money back is difficult and slow. They initially quoted me 14 working days, which is criminal. I would avoid PodPoint at all costs and find an alternative.

I logged a critical hardware fault via the helpline on Tuesday night, emailed the requested photographic evidence on Wednesday, and followed up again with zero response. I am now completely stranded with no rapid public charging nearby.My Solo 3 unit is completely unusable. It is stuck in a loop of "micro-charging" sessions, cutting out after delivering as little as 0.1 kWh to 0.5 kWh before crashing to a Solid Red error light.This happens identically across two entirely separate vehicles (an Audi Q6 and a Porsche Taycan), proving definitively that it is a internal hardware failure within the wallbox itself—most likely a failing contactor relay.Tier-1 support has completely abandoned my case. I require a senior manager to contact me immediately to arrange a physical engineer visit to replace this faulty unit under warranty.

Use my pod point for the first time…
Use my pod point for the first time after having it installed. It doesn’t work. I contact pos point who ask for photos. I send them. Then they ask for more photographs. Guess what happens next. They are for clearer ones and a floor plan of where the cable runs from the consumer unit to the charger.
Is it me or it is something on top of something and they just don’t want to deal with it.
I cannot say much about the charger as it doesn’t work but I can tell you that their customer service team are the worse I have ever had to deal with and as a result I am simply just buying a new charger but definitely not from pod point. Never again.

Placed order on 19th June. Read reviews decided to cancel order. Impossible. They never reply. Their phone service is useless. The help section doesn't even seem to get answered. Pity help any one who has their charger and it develops a fault.
They don't deserve one star had to leave it to write review. Just relieved I didnt actually get charger fitted.

just be careful with company paid a lot of money for ev charger when could have got it cheaper with other companies but the was £100 credit which was beneficial to me at the time. Told to download new app so i did so £82 credit gone. told me it wont be refunded also had a number of issues with charger and found it very difficult to get sorted .
Slow, poor communication
Like lots of people, we found the customer service with pod point very frustrating, difficult to get installation progressed and constant chasing needed, slow to return emails, calls etc. in the end we had to cancel and get a refund
