Our 100 ft hose leaks
We have had our 100 ft hose in use less than month. Part of the rubber hose guard has broken. The connection at the faucet leaks. By reading their return policy I don't think you would be able to return anything. We have an older 100 ft that still works well.

My pocket hose doesn’t expand at all. I ordered a 50’ hose and received a25’ hose. If this hose would expand maybe it would get to 50’. Send an e-mail have NOT. Received any response. Very disappointing!

We responded to your email on April 11, 2025, but it seems we haven’t heard back from you. Just in case our message was missed, we wanted to follow up with you here as well.
Please note that Pocket Hose units will only reach their full length when expanded at full water pressure (80 PSI). Right out of the box, the hose appears much shorter — usually around 18 feet — but once fully pressurized, it will stretch to the full 50 ft as advertised.
If you’re still having issues after testing it at full pressure, please let us know — we’re here to help and want to make sure you’re completely satisfied.

Pocket hose not as guaranteed
Pocket hose is a great concept, however, the area around the nozzle broke within the first week. We bought 2 hoses, so we were not that worried, but the second one broke shortly thereafter. I contacted customer service because they claim the hoses are guaranteed, but my message was ignored. I’m not happy that I spent so much for hoses that do not function as guaranteed.

Bought many and all disappointed for several reasons
Have bought many and loved them, 1st ones became holy and could not patch them, the last with the new features bought them and right at the screw on to the spicket area, they fancy lacy area just broke at the lace area and here we go again. Have mine taped with Duck tape. Might have been if no lace just a solid piece, would have been my PRAISE, if it didn't break in that area.

The hose is designed to expand and contract in response to the water pressure. If the pressure in your water system is low, it might take a little longer for the hose to fully extend. In order to ensure the best performance, it's recommended to maintain a water pressure of between 60-80 psi. Also, please check the hose's connections for any possible leaks, as this might reduce the effectiveness of the system as a whole.
When it comes to retracting the hose, it's important to keep the nozzle open as you turn off the water. This allows the remaining water to drain out and the hose to naturally shrink back down to its initial size. If it's not retracting as stated, there could be a blockage inside the hose that's causing the issue. Lastly, make sure to check if the hose has any kinks or twists, as these could affect its ability to retract.

This hose is nothing but aggravating. When I turn on the faucet it expands. But, as soon as I squeeze the nozzle and water begins spraying out it begins to contract and pull me back to the house.

Long ordeal…
Over two years ago I made a review of the then current model of the pocket hose. That one was horrible I tried to get it handled and was blown off. Two years later the company contacted me and offered to send the newest model, copper hose . They did in fact send it and it does work well. I am skeptical as it is ( after about 6 months ) starting to fall apart. BUT I appreciated to efforts especially after two years so I wanted to try to up-date my review. Seems no option for this on trust pilot But I wanted to try. So thank you Pocket hose people. And the options of dates at the bottom here don't allow for accuracy.

No kinks and so lightweight!
I have had several hoses that "don't kink". Everyone of them has. They were heavy and a real pain. The pocket hose is so lightweight, never kinks, and is a dream to carry around from faucet to faucet. I even have a dedicated one in my greenhouse!
