Plushy Reviews for the Overpriced Oodie
The guys that run this business Eddie and Justin are the typical entrepreneur churn and burn type of business people that sell poorly made products at a premium price by advertising through Facebook. I'm sure Plushy is only one of many businesses they run like this.

Many people legitimately complain but they hide these comments on Facebook which is deceiving. Clearly they only care about setting up businesses and making money at the lowest cost to them, no matter how bad the experience is for the customer.

My issues are as follows and they don't even care:

1. After payment they tell you a designer will be in touch to show you a proof of your design which never happened.

2. Communication is poor. Once you've paid you receive the designer email and then 6 weeks later you finally receive it after wondering if you've accurately been scammed. They messaged me on Facebook to tell me it had been "shipped this week" and 4 weeks later it arrived!

3. It was 3 weeks late after Christmas when I had ordered before the Christmas cut off date they advertised.

4. The gift wrapping is a blatant rip off ($19.95 for only a basic tacky looking ribbon - where's the actual wrapping?!)

5. Wrapped with branding all over it. My wife accepted the delivery and now knows what she's getting since it got delivered with the plushy logo all over it!

I wish I could give zero stars.
I ordered the plushy on Black Friday to be here by Christmas and I still have not received it. I emailed them and they never emailed back. I contacted them on Facebook. They did respond how they working through the holidays as if that’s not what everyone else is doing as well and they couldn’t give me shipping info. I ordered an Oodie and got it well before Christmas. I plan on filing a complaint with PayPal to get my money back.

If I could give them a 0 I would, Zero communication from customer service, miss leading information on there website, they say you get a preview of what the artist did before manufacturing which you don’t! The website stated when I ordered it would take 10 days turned out to be over 2 months, they claim to be an Australian Company but everything is manufactured overseas in China and then shipped from there to your address as well. I told them if they couldn’t tell me where my package was that they needed to give me my money back and they blocked me from all communication on there Facebook, I emailed there customer service and never got a reply.

Really cheap made fake oddies, do yourself a favour and just buy a standard oddie. The concept of having your pet on it is really cute and such a personal gift but whoever is behind this company is lacking in business knowledge and this company could really succeed if it were run by people who truely cared for there customers.

Be warned my cat looked like a train wreck, I asked for a reprint and was told that the photo I provided was bad.
Their website says if the photo is bad they will let you know.
Try and place bad feedback and your blocked from social media.
DON'T DO IT, GO WITH THE OODIE.

I THINK I HAVE BEEN DUPED - Please be wary of this. I keep getting notes saying that the item has shipped, they will not give me a tracking number. I do not recommend it.
