Beserk is amazing for prompt shipping and excellent customer service. I had an issue with an order and they quickly solved it. Their new website design is modern and sleek and they have a great range of alternative products including homewares, clothes, handbags and much more. I'm highly impressed with this company and will be buying again 🎃💚👻

I purchased Arctic Fox hair dye that didn't do anything on my bleached hair and instead of offering a partial refund or a voucher or SUMMIN, they talking bout try Lunar Tides. Never again!

All items shown in the store are exactly what you'll receive. I've NEVER had an issue with shipping or packaging, and they have my full support and trust. I've been shopping online at Beserk for several years. I've never won any giveaways, so I'm not sure if they're real, but overall, it's a good store. They have a points system that lets you earn free goodies or $10 off your order, among other options (which I always take advantage of). I think that among goth stores, the pricing is fair, and every order comes with one piece of candy. They also support Stonedeaf Wildlife, charity for bats, and their exclusive bat items—like the plushies—are super cute!

Their main theme may not be my style, but they also have a great variety of anime merchandise, Funko pop, Pusheen, Sanrio, I Scream Nails polish, novelties and cosmetics & hair dye.
Their shop is based in Queensland, so I have never been to the brick and motar store. But every one of my online purchases have been great. There's no hassle or issues during the shipping process and packages have always arrived in time.
They might not be the most cheapest around, but they're definitely satisfying the needs of their customers.
Every single purchase has always come with a little something extra. Nothing major like freebies or samples. Just simply a sticker or a heart lolly with a thank you card. I always appreciated these small gestures as its very sweet and thoughtful of them.

I'd recommend checking reviews for individual items off-site if there are none listed, as Beserk resells for multiple brands, but I've found them to be very good!
I'm a repeat customer and have met/interacted with the staff multiple times and they're incredibly kind, patient, and accomodating.
For context, I am a man and have a larger shoe size, and I was warned by one of the staff that the brand I'd bought shoes from tends to run small and thin when I went to pick them up. They were very helpful and got multiple pairs for me to try on as it turned out I needed to size up twice from my usual size (and the size I had bought). I love the shoes still over a year later!
I've had no other issues with items I've purchased, and overall I've been very happy with my experiences regarding both the products sold and the lovely people working at their warehouse.

I purchased 2 Sugarpill liquid lipsticks as they have been out of stock in the UK for some time! Order was placed on 28/02/2024 and received on 07/03/2024 in the UK! Excellent tracking services available for both Australian and UK courier services. Cannot reccomend enough 5* 10/10!!

Google came up with this site for a Funko Pop I wanted to buy for my daugther and could not find in the UK and at a great price. I made my order and then realized that it had been sent to the Windsor AUSTRALIA store. On contacting Beserk I recieved a prompt reply and offer of refund as they cannot deliver to the UK. The refund was made back to my bank account the same day and all I lost was a couple of Pounds in the conversion rate. So EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANK YOU BESERK AND SHAME YOUR COMPANY IS NOT IN THE UK.

Profits over people.

Ordered a household item on the 27 August, not cheap it was $99 and a bit of change. The item arrived fine, placed it on the table near the entrance, all that has been on it was hair scrunchies. I shifted it to place a vase beside it and the item split. Sent photos to the company and all they could offer was a $35 partial refund and told me to buy gorilla glue. This was due to the fact that I could not get to the post office to return it as I do not drive and work 5 days a week. Most companies I have had to exchange etc due to damage have been happy to work around it. The item was just under 2 months old.

Amazing customer service. One of the items I ordered wasn't exactly the colour I wanted and they were very helpful with a refund and suggesting an alternative product. I was very happy with everything else I ordered. It arrived in good time to NZ. Would absolutely recommend this website.

Over a decade of ordering from Beserk for all my hair, make up and fashion needs and they've never let me down. The team are always on point and they're actually much more reasonably priced than most other alternative fashion stores.

This year we've placed a last minute halloween order and it came in time even though we didn't expect it to! Just the best online service we've ever had.

I've been shopping with this company for four years now, and they consistently provide great service.
Mistakes are rare, but the team at Beserk always respond quickly. Most recently, I received an item that was not the size I'd ordered. When I contacted them, I only needed to show them a photo of the tag and they provided me with a return label free of charge immediately.
They are very easy to contact and always happy to answer questions about the items, which is really helpful for buying clothes sight unseen. Thoroughly recommended.

Awesome service. Can not complain. Many times I have shopped with this store and I can not get enough of the products AND the awesome service. Something doesn't fit? Exchange or return. Something doesn't look how you expected it? Exchange or return. The service team always responds in a timely manner and the returns process is so easy incase you need it.

I absolutely love Beserk. I have ordered from their website multiple times and have never had any problems. On the very rare occasion when a product has arrived slightly damaged (never any extreme damage and never damage so bad the item isn't usable), I have had great communication with their customer service team. The team was very quick to respond, very polite and understanding, and they have been very generous with their reparations (eg. a gift voucher or a refund).
All and all, I would highly recommend Beserk to anyone looking for beautiful gothic/alternative clothing, accessories and homeware.
