Excellent customer care from start to finish. Well presented/ on time/regular updates and helpful at the delivery stage and the product is gorgeous. I ordered the Kerry saver trundle bed . Very easy to assemble and premium quality. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Happy with the bed, but delivery is a nightmare. My word of advice is to expect an 8-week lead time and you'll be less disappointed. Similar to other reviews you'll read here, we had a terrible time with delivery. Our bed was ordered on the 10th of November. I reached out to customer service on the 4th of December (anticipating a 3 week lead time as stated on the website) where I found out the bed was still in manufacturing. Another week passed, and on 12 December I reach out again to ask for a delivery update, which did result in the streaming service sending me a delivery date of the 14th, after requesting expedited delivery. When the bed arrives on the 14th, it's missing the slats (rendering the bed unusable) as the delivery company "lost the unit in the warehouse". I've been using the mattress on the floor, and it's been comfortable. Come to today, the 6th of January, where the last pieces were finally delivered and I may actually get to use the bed properly tonight. I think PLUSH needs a better distributor overall as the delivery team (SGK) was also very unfriendly and refused to bring items further than the entry of the home. The bed itself was very easy to assemble, but you may want to pay for assembly just so they actually deliver the bed to the room you want it in.

I was a bit sceptical because I never heard of them but I'm glad I went with my gut .

Communication was excellent, delivery even better... My new bed was ready much quicker than expected. Excellent material.

Ordered a car bed on 26th november, due to the previous review of the lady that gave 1 star i phoned the company to check if we would get the bed before Xmas due to being a Xmas preasant for our grandson, they were honest and said they didnt have the stock but had a container due to arrive before Xmas and would do everything they could to get it to us in time, the bed arrived and is stunning wish it was my bed and I'm 56 years old, so a big thank you to the team, maybe just a little bit more communication would have been better but they always answered the phone and gave us honest answerers so had to be 5 stars

Ordered a bed for my grandson, they have sent a confirmation email, but have heard nothing from them since that was 26 days ago. So i emailed them on Monday and got an automatic response saying they would reply within 24 hours ? still nothing 36 hours later. These beds are not cheap and we have paid over £700 I would expect better customer service than this. Really worried now Not sure if this company is a scam ????

We ordered the Deco Panel bed. The service we received was brilliant, the bed was delivered on the date requested, it is very well built with good quality fabric used. I would highly recommend this company.

Stunning, the workmanship of the ottoman is great and neat. The colour is exactly what I ordered. Will be buying more from this shop.

I'd searched for a grey/silver ottoman bed with diamanté and this company came up. I'd seen some in other places but they looked a bit cheap.
I ordered a double ottoman with winged headboard with diamanté. it arrived today. Communication was excellent.
When I was unsure how long the order would be, I whatsapped the company and had a reply almost immediately (and it was quite late one evening).The bed looks amazing. Only negative was that my husband said the instructions weren't great but he's quite handy. If you're not, then pay for the company to install. It would be worth it as it's a very heavy, strong, good quality bed made well.

I will be needing a single bed soon for my son and this will be the first place I look.
My daughter said she feels like a princess!

Bed delivered within allocated time frame, built within the hour and Assembly by delivery drivers, punctual, professional and quick. Great service start to finish! All rubbish taken away. Beautiful bed and very nice with great storage. Very sturdy and comfortable bed. The lifting process is very simple. Fits well in the room. Very happy with the purchase.

We ordered the double with single trundle bed underneath, we are tight on space but needed a spare bed for guests. Its been the perfect solution.The single fits well underneath, even with pillow and duvet, and still leaves tones of storage space beneath. Bed is of excellent quality, sturdy and assembly was so straight forward. Delivery was as stated, driver was friendly and efficient. Would absolutely not hesitate to order again from plush furniture, thank you!!

The order has been ready in just one week . The bed is absolutely gorgeous, my son loves it. We’ve got instructions how to assemble it on delivery and work everything smooth.

I can't get over how premium our bed feels for not extortionate prices! We had never heard of Plush before and came across them simply through scrolling Google. When we placed our order for their Divian silver bed, we couldn't get over the price we paid and were very intrigued for it's delivery. Delivery took 3 weeks for us and we were contacted a couple of days before delivery to arrange a time to be In to accept it. Overall we are very happy and would recommend anyone to use Plush!

Went in to Kingston Plush outlet today around 1.30pm found a lovely sofa and it was delivered by 5.15 the same evening by 2 really nice delivery drivers what an excellent service within 5 minutes it was brought in to my flat. so grateful I had been let down by a very well known furniture store which left me without a sofa for 2 weeks and very stressed. should have gone to plush in the first place, highly reccomend lovely helpful staff, thank you so much.

We ordered the Sunbeam Trundle Bed and couldn’t be happier with Plush Furniture. The whole process was so smooth; good selection of fabrics, prompt communication (we needed a custom sized headboard), speedy delivery, assembly service, old mattress removal and overall friendly and professional service. The bed is beautiful and well constructed. I fully recommend and would order from them again.
