No issue with the ordering process, a prompt response. The notes indicated that delivery would be around 21days I had a call on day 22 and delivery was made the following day. The bed seems really well made and was easy to assemble.

very happy with the bed . unfortunately had poor delivery. took over 21 days for delivery and had missing parts . called attention to the driver , he said he had delivered everything . called him twice , the second time confirming which part was missing and again he said he had delivered everything. management said they were gonna sort it . still waiting for the missing part 2 days later : 2/11 .

Just a genuinely pleasant experience, communications were prompt and honest, timeframes given were realistic, the delivery team were amazing, and the bed itself is better than I thought it would be. Just one of those rare times in my life were a company delivers what they promised, happiest I've been with a purchase in a very long time.

My experience with this company is amazing. They provided service in a timely manner and provided support with building the bed through sending instructions with images via WhatsApp to assist. We found these instructions very helpful and it was sent in a timely manner. Overall the bed is amazing and very beautiful. The mattress is very high quality and amazing for the price. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

Ordered a double with single trundle. A very good bed and service from Plush Furniture. They replaced my matteresses because I wasn't happy with them initially. Top service and I recommend this company to anybody.

This review was replied to by plush furniture ltd firstly using my wrong name and completely missing the point of the low star review…I am fully aware of the dispatch time my problem is being unindated with emails requesting a review of a product I haven’t received…top tip get your customers name right read the review properly and perhaps don’t ask your customers to review an item until it’s actually been delivered!!

Ordered a bed about a week ago and have received it today, I ordered the ambassador Windermere plush and it is absolutely beautiful, very well made , very sturdy and heavy, would 100% recommend this company and will be getting any future beds from here.

No communication from customer service , there not good with replying, also there’s hardly any storage under this bed , if you want a bed for under storage then this isn’t the bed for you ☹️

We bought the £350 kids F1 race bed. I was going to give 4 stars as it did take 23 days to arrive, and I did contact 2 times with no response, but in the end they did reply and dropped bed off on a Friday evening and were very polite.

Also, the boy loves his bed, very well made and a bargain at the price so on that basis 5 stars is fair and did I say the boy is very happy!

We had a wonderfully positive experience ordering our bed from plush furniture. We had specific measurements that needed to be met, and Adam was extremely helpful in accommodating and custom making every part of the bed to suit our needs.
Bed was ready and delivered after just 10 days and everything was so easy to assemble.
Would absolutely recommend and will definitely be back to order again!

Wow what can I say, I was dubious not ordering from a well known company but I placed my order, and that same morning I had a call to confirm my colour choice, they ensured everything I wanted and colours was perfect sending me pictures and even offered to send fabric in the post. I chose what I wanted after a very friendly conversation and it arrived in extremely quick time.
Packaged perfectly and it’s absolutely stunning! I needed some help with assembly and they assisted me through message even out of work hours!

Absolutly faultless! Bed arrived a little earlier than we expected but that was fine with us!
They called the day before to arrange delivery and on the day, the deliver Adam went out of his way to get the bed in - which at one point I didnt think it was going to fit, the headboard is HUGEEEE!
Absolutely love the bed itself, quality is spot on, colour is amazing i love everything about it! Adam himself was a lovely guy too - thanks so much guys will deffo use you again :))

I was very impressed to begin with as ordered a swatch and it arrived quickly. Item was delivered quickly but it was damaged on one corner. They have been great at trying to get it sorted and I look forward to receiving a replacement.
