Very good customer service following my order and the nuances of my particular delivery situation. Mike was very helpful, responded quickly to my email communications and was able to assure that my situation would be accommodated.

We’ve had a great experience with our Plush Beds order. We received multiple status updates as our bed moved production and then shipped. Maria was so kind and prompt answering all my questions. She truly understands customers service and as a result I’ve been delighted.

I had a WONDERFUL customer experience today with Ferdz! I made a mistake on my delivery and only discovered it after it is being shipped. I called and Ferdz was patient, understanding, kind, knowledgeable and is working on getting help for me. It is so refreshing to talk to a real person and get help! Allan provided me excellent customer service! I used the chat service to ask a question and Allan said he would need to consult the team. Not even one hour later I received an email from Allan with a positive response to my request of coordinating the delivery of two separate orders I made. Customer service these days often leaves something to be desired, but Allan proved that is not always the case. Great work, Allan, and thanks!!

I recently ordered a mattress and will update this review once I receive it. But in the meantime, I wanted to commend the excellent customer service I’ve received so far. Alan was very helpful over the phone when I placed my order and Irma was just as helpful online when I had to reschedule the delivery date. She also was extremely helpful when days after placing my order, I decided I wanted the thicker mattress. Even during a holiday weekend, she returned my call promptly and initiated the process. She reached out after the holiday to let me know the warehouse was working on my new request. I truly appreciate the proactive customer service. It’s a rarity these days and it’s wonderful to interact with real people who are customer service-oriented and not have to wade through frustrating AI bots. So far, I’m impressed with this company!

Mary was most helpful in correcting my order to include white glove delivery and removal of our old mattress. She corrected my order for me and sent corrected invoices. Thanks to her.

I needed to cancel an order on a Sunday and was so pleased to be able to able to speak to Irma who took care of this quickly for me. Also, I wasn't getting confirmation emails and Irma got those to me and was able to confirm my new order. This is our 3rd purchase from Plush Beds and we are very happy with the quality of the products and great people they hire to actually talk to their customers and take care of business! Thank you!

Initially I was having issues with the items and pricing in my cart that did not reflect a discount. It took a couple of days but between customer service and sales, including Alan, Chloe, and Ferde, the issue was resolved satisfactorily. I purchased a Botanical Bliss organic latex mattress and goose down pillow and can’t wait to receive them!

This review is for Plush beds Camarillo California the worst company I've ever bought a bed from,,,, I've bought many beds for my company people in my family , I paid almost $3,000 for this bed and it was hard as a rock even though they told me that was what I needed for my spine I explained the situation they said it was not hard, I tried to call them at least eight times no answer, I finally got a hold of somebody and he was from a different country did not speak well English and was very nasty I told him the bed was too hard he said you have to take another mattress topper from us and put it underneath the zipper part and that's going to cost you another $99 even though I paid almost $3,000 and waited six and a half weeks to get the bed, then I said suppose that doesn't work well then you have to pay us $149 to come get it you're going to get your reimbursement minus $149 he was extremely nasty very rude I will never buy from this company again I will never recommend this company to anybody again they're a scam company everything is money they could care less about the customer beware of plush beds .... Irma was the Plushbeds representative I talked to about several concerns I had. Irma was very kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Irma was easy to understand and for older folks that is always a plus! Irma handled both concerns promptly and efficiently. Thank you Plushbeds for Irma and a satisfying resolution to my concerns.

Ferdz Garcia was terrific. He was polite, had all the answers to my questions at his finger tips and was right on target. I would say that speaking with him raised my probability of going ahead with the purchasce we discussed went from 50% to 99%.

Plushbeds makes quality mattresses, and has great customer service. After ordering I recieved an email from customer service letting me know they are there to help with anything. I did have an issue where I received the wrong size sheets and covers, but a quick email and they resolved my issue quickly. Great company to deal with!

I have been looking at their products for a month now and decided I'm ready to make the purchase. I chatted with MIKE this evening and had a great experience! MIKE was very helpful and solution focused. MIKE was able to overcome my challenges I was having on the website to place my order. I also asked MIKE for his advice on the different adjustable bases and he gave me the answer I was hoping for!
