I have booked a flight on August 22, 2024. Travel dates were December 14 to December 22, 2024, from Toronto to Cancun, Mexico, for two persons.

When I booked the flight, the booking showed carry-on included in the price. Two days before the flight I found out it did not include carry-on.

I contacted support, and they confirmed that it was a mistake on PLUM BENEFITS side. I was told to buy a carry-on and send the receipt to THEM.

When I called the airline, it turned out that carry-on is not available for purchase by itself, but only if I buy seat selection would carry-on be included.

West Jet website specifically says that ultrabasic tickets cannot include carry-on.

I checked the prices for the luggage and the seat selection that included carry-on. The price for luggage was $91.00 both ways and for seat selection that included carry-on was $212.00

I called PLUM BENEFITS back and explained the situation and stated the prices. I advised that I could buy two luggageS and save money for the company. The agent on the line said that I could only buy luggage and a carry-on or two carry-ons.

I asked again if he was sure as I wanted to save money for the company and buy two luggage instead. He insisted on the same that he stated before. I asked him to write an email confirmation.

I GOT EMAIL CONFIRMATION.

I sent the receipt of the purchase on December 21, 2024, but I am still trying to get the money refunded to date.

The manager I talked to on Monday, February 10, promised to call me back within 24 hours, but failed to do so.

His name is Adriel Tomlinson.

I talked to a few more agents but all of them were useless and did not understand the situation.

I GAVE UP WAITING FOR THE REFUND AND DECIDED TO WRITE A REVIEW INSTEAD SO OTHER PEOPLE WOULD BE AWARE OF THESE SCUMMERS!

I booked a hotel on Plum Benefits based on their review of this hotel in Tampa, Fla. I found out after a friend looked into the hotel that it is dirty, bug bed infested, smells, and homeless people hang around hotel parking lot and pool. It is in a drug use area. I immediately cancelled within 3 weeks of booking this hotel and Plum Benefits refused to give me a refund to book another hotel. This hotel is called Laquinta Inn by Wyndham Fairgrounds and Casino in Tampa Fla. It's disgusting and should not be on Plum Benefits site. I still want my refund. Lori Osborne.

In looking at concert tickets - no different than the scalpers and bots overinflating ticket prices. Same row, same section we go from $350/ticket to $800/ticket. Tickets haven't gone on sale yet they have a bunch of them. PLUM BENEFITS promoting these tickets - they are part of the problem....do not use.

Rental reservation was accomplished: Fast and easy!

Found great tickets here and was able to use my Fun Rewards as well pick the payment method I preferred.

This must be the worst company for customer service. I booked a rental through them, not knowing that there was a $500 deposit with the company EASIRENT in Texas. I immediately tried to cancel it with Plum benefits, which directed me to the rental car company. I have been trying to get my money back since January. I have been given nothing but the run around. Every Rep comes up with a different lie. The entire time I was thinking it was the rental car company but it was PLUM BENEFITS not releasing my refund.
If you can, use another company and don’t waist your time or money with PLUM BENEFITS.

This might be the worst customer service experience I’ve ever dealt with. If any employer ever thinks of using this please reconsider.

Hidden Fees are not mentioned in summary
Fine prints are not clearly mentioned, booked a hotel but there seems to be a $30/night resort charge that was not mentioned in the booking page clearly, this is false advertisement of the price/deal.

My first time using plum benefits for purchasing tickets and it was easy to navigate. There was no confusing.

Plum Benefits is amazing I have been purchasing theater tickets for more years then I can remember. The savings are incredible and the process is so easy. The selection of shows runs from old time favorites to new to Broadway shows. Can't wait to see Idina Menzel in Redwood.

Easy to shop for hotel but very unfair to spring an additional $56 fee after you pay for the deal. This needs to be up front. It may be small in part for the stay and would not change our decision but stinks in truth in advertising.

What a scam. I purchased tickets Jan. 2025 through this site for a musical and the 3rd party broker, changed my seats right before the show and had us sitting directly on top of a column. I contacted plumbenefits and they refused to take accountability. I even had the theater investigate what happened and they agreed the broker violated policy and that they were suspending them from selling tickets moving forward. Plumbenefits feel that because the seats were moved up it automatically equals an upgrade and that is false. Horrible customer service and they refuse to refund me for my original purchase.

The company is attempting to spin the narrative with their reply, and they are lying. The seats in row E were completely different from row B seats we received. I would refrain from purchasing anything from a merchant that doesn't stand by the customer.

It fast easy convenient and they have my favorite movie theater. So I purchase my regal movie tkts on plum benefits for an awesome discounted price then I redeem them on my regal app to receive my points and and pick my seats without going to the theater until it’s time to view the movie! Thanks plum benefits for making this so convenient and cost worthy!

Terrible !!!!! I made a reservation on Monday I call the hotel the day before check in and they advise me there is no reservation listed for me. I called plumbenefits to confirm why the hotel is not showing any reservation for me all they could advise me is to use the confirmation number sent via email which I did . The hotel couldn’t find anything under that nor under my name! I will be filing a dispute with my bank I am not going to drive 4 hours to a resort that has no reservation listed for me !! Do not book ANYTHING through them!!!!

BEWARE! SCAM COMPANY! Their travel booking is a SCAM! I tried booked with them over the phone three times for a package deal and they transferred me to Priceline. I told the Priceline agent I would like to book w plumbenefits benefits and they had no idea what plumbenefits is and made it clear they ARE NOT associated with PLUMBENEFITS! So I booked online and they don’t tell you the true grand total. The GRAND TOTAL they show you on the website is COMPLETELY different than the real grand total. YOU DONT SEE THE GRAND TOTAL TILL YOUR CARD IS CHARGED! Imagine the price you thought you check out with is $14K but they charge your card $19K. SCAM!!! BEWARE! I tried asking for supervisor and apparently there’s no supervisor!

update- They ask for me to reach out. but upon reaching out no one was able to assist. Every one of the reps kept on transferring me. Bunch of BULLSHIT!
