I purchased my tickets hours ago and I still do not have it.
I purchased my tickets and still waiting for my tickets to be sent to me. It’s been hours and now had to purchase AMC movie tickets the normal way instead of discounted price through Plumbenefits. If I had known I would have to wait FOR HOURS for my tickets,… after my transaction is complete and processed, I wouldn’t have used Plumbenefits. I’m looking to cancel my purchase at this time.

Their mistake, my money: Zero accountability from Plumb Benefits.
If I could give Plum Benefits 0 stars, I would.
I had to cancel a hotel reservation because the event I was attending was canceled. I called Plum Benefits for instructions, followed exactly what their representative told me to do, and was then penalized for it as a “late cancellation.”
When I escalated the issue, there was zero accountability, zero apology, and zero customer care. I had to spend five days and countless hours fighting them just to recover a partial refund for a mistake caused by their own misinformation.
I used Plum Benefits to save money. Instead, I lost money, time, and an enormous amount of frustration.
They made the mistake, refused to own it, and made me fight to get my own money back.
Do yourself a favor: book directly with the hotel. Whatever small savings Plum Benefits offers are not worth dealing with this level of incompetence when something goes wrong.

After reviewing your reservation, we found that the hotel supplier denied the refund request. Despite this, we took a loss on the reservation and provided a refund on Order 158156083 as a goodwill gesture to assist you.
We understand your frustration regarding the cancellation process; however, we made every effort to advocate on your behalf with the supplier and ultimately provided a refund even though the refund request had been declined and the charges were not returned to us.
False advertising, buyers beware!
False advertising and prices were more expensive than directly through venue. Vouchers were not useable and customer service none existent

AVOID THIS SERVICE- Plum Benefits
I booked a car rental through Plum Benefits for August 5th, picking up at Ace Rent A Car at JFK. At the counter, I was pressured to buy an additional $500 in insurance coverage on top of what I’d already paid, even after explaining I already had full coverage. I was told my coverage “hadn’t kicked in yet.” I asked if I could come back the next day once it kicked in, but they refused to let me do that.
Instead, the counter staff ran a credit check on my husband — the person the booking was under — without his authorization, verbal or written. They then denied the rental and gave me a letter, telling me to hand it to Plum Benefits so Plum Benefits could process my refund.
It has now been over a month of trying to get that refund. I’ve spoken to six different representatives/supervisors, and I get a different excuse every time — first “insufficient evidence,” then “different rental companies have different policies,” then “you didn’t pass security.” When I called Ace directly, they confirmed they never received any communication from Plum Benefits about this at all.
There has been zero escalation, zero accountability, and zero empathy throughout this process. I will not be using Plum Benefits again, and I’m actively discouraging coworkers at my company from using it as well. If this is how customer issues are handled, it’s a serious liability for any employer offering this as a benefit.

Users will pay the price of the company’s mistakes
My experience with this business used to be wonderful and it has since turned into a very untrustworthy company. Their system made an error when completing a recent booking and I have spent 3 months trying to resolve it only to be told I will be eating the cost of their mistake. This is not a good way to do business or own up to the mistakes of their own systems. I will no longer be using their services and would not trust them to have honest and good practices moving forward.

Easy booking for Virginia trip
I booked a trip to Virginia with three different locations and two theme parks. I was able to do it all with Plum Benefits. The website provided all types of accommodations at all price points, and I earned Fun Points with every purchase. I will always use this site.

They are quick to take your money for reservations but now two weeks waiting for approval for refund. No upper management to help me. My grand daughter had brain surgery and I cancelled one week before travel. 2 weeks still no help
