Great communication with Plug in Stations. Our Engineer arrived on time and the charging point was installed quickly and such a tidy job. Thank you!

Very disappointed and feel ripped off. Turned up an hour and a half early despite confirming the appointment themselves the previous day as I was in work and wanted to be there. Spent 20 minutes doing very little. Then called to say they couldn’t help with the repair. I then called them - phone not answered- then my wife called from her phone and it was answered immediately. All ‘work’ captured on CCTV. Not impressed. Please be cautious. We have a Tesla charger and despite reassuring us at the time of making appointment obviously lacked the competence and experience with a straightforward situation. I am sure they mean well but obviously lack the experience and professionalism. £140 is a lot to pay for 20 minutes when they knew they couldn’t do the job - ie a Tesla charger is a sealed unit they cannot access. They knew the nature of the issue and brand before they attended. Also if when a customer calls to complain you need to advise them at the beginning of the call that it’s being recorded not at the end when you are running out of answers.

Exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful staff on the phone tradesmen who attended walked through the project with me he seemed exceptionally knowledgeable and answered every question I wanted. We agreed where the charger would go all fitted as agreed. Haven’t actually used yet as waiting for my car to be delivered in two days, but I’m sure it will be fine.

Punctual installer. Liam was quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. Very helpful with explaining the app and it's functionality. Everything completed in a short time and exactly where it was required.

I was researching home EV charging solutions and contacted Plugin-station. After reviewing a number of options I chose plugin-station based on price, installation availability and the team’s communication. The installation was smooth, the installer offered me a choice of routing options, was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. The installation is very neat and tidy and exactly where I wanted it. It’s a big thankyou to the team. I would certainly recommend them to my friends and family.

Filled out the enquiry form, contact made within 24hrs. Charger was cheaper than most other companies. Instillation was booked for 10 days later, where most other companies stated 4-6 weeks. The engineer had good communication on the day, arrived on time and our new charger was fitted quickly and with minimal interference. Overall I would throughly recommend

Steve Trevelyan came today and went above and beyond sorting out with ohme about having an 8 meter upgrade. His positive energy and banter is infectious and made the job look simple .A true asset to your company

Installation was good although a bit rushed as the lads has 2 more to do that day.

Most of the wiring was neat but in my opinion could have been neater in places.

They did explain briefly how to use the charger and set up the app with me.

It works as it should so I'm happy 👍

I had an EV charger installed last Wednesday and although it was organised by Ohme, the stars of the show were, undoubtedly, Plug In Stations. The brightest star, however, was electrician and installer Gavin. He was punctual, attentive and responsive - easing my concerns and setting about, like a whirlwind, actually delivering what I was asking for and, indeed, surpassing my expectations by suggesting a better position to locate the isolation/surge protection switch. Gavin efficiently achieved the installation and handover in around 3 hours and left the work area clean, tidy and smart.

Technician arrived as planned for installation, he explained about the installation and was happy to answer any questions when completed. Nice tidy job so big thanks to Andy for organising and Zane for installing. Happily recommend the Plug In team

They failed to turn up waited in all day what a waste of my time.
I have been waiting for my EV since the 1st of March and still no further forward than the day this all started.
They now say that they can’t install EV charger for another 3 plus weeks this company are a joke don’t give a dam about there customers my advice is to use someone else.
I am now going to get another company to install EV charger I am sick of using charge points that work out more expensive than petrol cars to run. Charge points are ok as a one off when on holiday or something but too expensive to use all the time.

From start to finish the experience was faultless. Very easy to get a quote and booked in. Assessment of the work to be done was completed on WhatsApp facetime and quick responses on WhatsApp too.
Installation on the day again was absolutely fine, boys did a cracking job. Cannot remember their names but were both polite lads - very happy and recommended to a friend who has booked in their work with plug in stations too!

Yes all on time and a speedy installation.

Whilst the electrician who initially came was great, the company is terrible amd cluldnt organise a pi×× up in a brewery. Semt chap to install without a charger, so he ran cable and the company rearranged an apointment 3 weeks later (no rushbat all, couldnt have given a monkeys over the delay or inconvenience) i called the day before the next appointmemt to be told they hadnt confirmed it properly in the system despite confirming to me via txt, and that therere was noone coming. I hit the roof so they organised and confirmed via email a saturday morning, and sirprise surprise, noone shows, no phone calls so still waiting 6 weels on with no charger, no comms, just 1100quid out of pocket. What a set of clowns

After an initial speculative enquiry via the web, the follow up and service was first rate. I was contacted immediately by the sales team, had a video call to discuss charger options and installation logistics, and then had a competitive quote and installation date agreed within hours. Installation was equally well organised with updates on progress, confirmation of payment terms, and installation logistics all organised with the utmost professionalism. I could not recommend Plug in Stations more highly.
