Friendly, professional experience. All good. The work was carried out quickly with everything explained to me. No complaints.

Jason was helpful, very knowledgeable and made a really tidy job of a tricky installation. Highly recommend his attention to detail.

Communications were excellent for the quote, booking and installation.
For the installation, no CT clamp was installed, which is fine but the charger was left with the setting of CT charger / load balancing set to ‘ON’. Result was defaulting to half charging current. The installers didn’t mention this at the time of installation. This was a charger replacement, where a CT clamp wasn’t already in place. Just incorrect commissioning.

EV charger installation with Plug In Stations was a great experience. Booking in the service was easy enough and the flexible payment option - very helpful. On the day, our installation was performed by Jason who was competent, professional and communication throughout was great to ensure all went smoothly with minimal interruption. He showed us all the work he'd done and provided a detailed rundown of the app to get us setup straight away. Would recommend these folks and the Ohme EV charger to all

EV charger was installed within 10days as advertised and committed. Installation took hardly 1.5hrs from scratch to end -charging my EV. Based on my experience, I would recommend Plug In Stations to everyone.

The fitter Kareem was very friendly and the charger and associated wiring were fitted quickly and professionally.He helped set up the app and gave me a run through on how to use it.
I set up a new EV tariff which is going to reduce my monthly payments so l topped up the car last night by 30% and it cost just 48pence.Very pleased thankyou.

The surveyor explained everything fully, and answered my questions completely.

Install of an Ohme Pro charge point paid for by Manufacturer as part of promotion. Very rushed job, before could even have a discussion about cable placement they'd started drilling holes in the soffits. Pulled up insulation and couldn't be bothered to lay it back down again. Remedial work needed as couldn't get box placement on the wall done properly - even though this is all they're doing all day - just kept blaming his apprentice. When moving the unit, as it was raining couldn't be bothered to get a spirit level just eyeballed it even though was holding umbrellas for him and I offered to get a spirit level, it was "a walk back to the van" - told him to just leave it in the end and I'll do it myself. Wiring in the brand new consumer unit was messy at best with a wago box thrown in, my normal electrician said they've done a messy job as soon as he came back around to sign off the board. Most concerning, after install the connection to the consumer unit was buzzing! Turns out they hadn't done the connections up properly! Fortunately I'd had the prescence of mind to not use it and contact them to come out and fix. Installer blamed his apprentice for all of the errors, was a very odd guy and to be honest a bit abrupt / rude - not necessarily to me but just wasn't very professional. Installer did earth testing wrong, as said we have too high a reading for a PME connection.... but missed the fact that (as national grid have now told me having come back out to check, after their concerns were raised with them) that it's pretty obvious the PME earth hasn't been connected yet to the board. Which, them having shown me, yes it's pretty obvious the PME earth isn't connected... Their (polite) suggestion is the guy didn't know what he was looking at. Overall it's a pass from me. Clearly doing volume and rushed. Pre-install service was all fine, good communication from head office and requirements gathering, I suspect just bad luck with our nominated installer.

The conditions our engineer worked in were awful however he did a great job, very polite and explained everything fully.

Excellent experience and service from Brandon installing my charger. Efficient, friendly service and Brandon was happy to answer my questions and talk me through what he was doing at each stage during the install.

The initial call was great, the installation was a mess but Onur agreed to send in a new team and made up for the original mistake and then decorators to make everything good. It seems that the sales team do not communicate clearly with the installers and there is possibly a gap between what can be done and what the sales person thought could be done. This is not a con but an area of learning as think best interests were in mind. The first installer just bodged it but was corrected to our satisfaction after. We ended up decorating and repainting the external render ourselves due to the special colours required. I gave two due to the way that one of the girls in the office spoke to me, she was so rude refused to listen despite me remaining calm through all the issues she really riled me and I deal with suppliers all day and every day in my procurement role. At the end of the day the charger works and all is good. Company has potential but needs to get rid of bad apples that obviusly do not share the customer service skills and attention to detail that the others do.

Comms were fine. The person who came to fit the charger was a bit slap dash though - not much use of a spirit level. Concrete and bricks cracked in multiple places whilst drilling. Admittedly he had to contend with intermittent rain showers but given this is a fairly permanent fixture one would expect more careful consideration.

We had our charger installed by Brandon, he was friendly professional and extremely efficient. He made me aware before time about the power going off and offered practical advice. A really smooth process. Excellent thank you 👌

I am extremely happy with my entire EV charger installation experience with Plug In Stations. The service was seamless from the initial inquiry through to the final installation.

The process began brilliantly with Andy Evangelou from the sales team. Andy was incredibly helpful, providing clear advice on my options and diligently overseeing the entire process to ensure everything was set up correctly.

The fitting was then completed by Jason, who did a truly great job. As an installer, he was thorough, professional, and took the time to talk me through the new unit, leaving the site clean and tidy.

Overall, I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Plug In Stations for their outstanding end-to-end service.
