No client suport by Playtika, they only closed the issue ticket and doesnt solve the problem, the games are full of glitches and bugs. I played Monopoly Poker and one day i had 400M chips the next day without playing i had 4M chips, they didnt fixe the problem I will never play a game from Paytika. They are not serius people and professionals

Monopoly Poker has gone down hill since they took over. It use to be best product out there, now it's just geared to force players to buy chips. It's totally lost the community atmosphere (it's strongest feature) that made it different from other sites. I really doubt any of the developers play poker.

Playtika Disabled my Slotomania game with no explanation and no fault of mine. I have sent a complaint twice now. I tried again today and can’t even get to Customer Support! I have played this game for years and this isn’t the first time this has happened. Being retired and a widow, this game gives me relaxation and have joined a group who became friends! Playtika ruined my laptop with malware because I didn't spend enough money. It was such a severe and protracted campaign waged against me that I was forced to buy a new laptop with a budget that didn't have room for it. And what's really crazy is they maintain this extremely vigilant posture by dedicating resources that identified me when I tried to return to their site to play a game, and immediately started attacking me all over again. I actually spent money on their site too. I would deposit like $10 every once in a while just to show I was appreciative. It was never enough and they ultimately destroyed my computer. It could be the most bizarre thing I've ever experienced in my life, but make no mistake about it, this is a vicious business that will attempt to destroy you for daring to play their games that they make for our entertainment?

J'ai fait une réclamation sur le support, il me manque 400M de gain suite au dernier double win.

J'ai fait remarquer qu'après plusieurs centaines de tours au side slots je n'ai eu que des gains de misère.

J'ai été jusqu'au coffre noir et à peine 6B de récompense, perdu 64 B pour y arriver.

Tout ça avec la plus simple politesse, mais vous m'avez du coup, banni des deux communautés Facebook et même du jeu
J'ai Osé exprimer mon mécontentement considérant que vos algorithmes RNG sont sûrement un peu trafiqués mathématiquement car même un casino traditionnel est beaucoup plus rentable.

Je dépensais entre 200 et 600,00€ par mois sur ce jeu pour avoir des récompenses souvent minables.
C'est terminé, vous n'aurez plus d'argent de ma part.
