Biggest fraud ever!. I've been a player since 2012 with over more than 20high-level accounts, invested a significant amount of time and money in event and such. However, this guy Keith Hardwood decided to ban all my accounts, one after another..reason? duo suspicious activity. I've repeatedly asked for proof of concept and of this alleged activity, but they keep saying same thing over and over again that its duo suspicious activity. So to test this out i bought a brand new phone and only installed the slotomania game as only app/software created a new account email, facebook etc.. and guess what? account banned after few months, same reason again !!! haha. whats going on? Perhaps its because of my middle east name, and that this guy is just a big rasist and just disliked people with names like mine. This a real fraud what Playtika is doing, spending a lot of time and money in their games and they just block you with no proof of concept. Its pointless to seek help from their support ( i have multiple chats and emails without any progress), they just keep repeat whats in the email. So if its true why not show or say what the cause was that banned the accounts. I am done with games from this company they dont respect you and dont give aabout you or your time and money spended in the game,,sorry they do care about the money so they can steal it.

I play slotomania and like millions of users i feel cheated by this money laundering business.
I think these social casino games should fall in the same category as online casinos, since they generate millions of profit on our expense.
Until the goverments pay more attention to these scams, Playtika will be operating freely without restrictions and stealing players money.

Bingo Blitz is a complete rippoff and is nothing more than a scam to get people to spend their money on what is supposed to be a free bingo game if you don't pay you don't win

Oh wow! Ummm, hello, anyone there playtika??? Nope. This company is awful. If they still exist. Twice in 10 years that I’ve asked for help to retrieve my game data through guest account in Bingo Blitz. The support seems non existent. They don’t respond. They have ignored my support ticket for over 2 weeks now. Nothing. I would use 4 letter words to express my grief. But I don’t want censorship on an honest review

Quit stealing people's money!! The dealers get unbelievable hand's example " 4 flushes in a row or if u have 2 pair she will always have a fullhouse several times in a row as well!! People buy chips and then are scammed!!!! Literally

As others have said, playtika have sucked all of the joy from the once great “Redecor” game.
Their algorithms are utterly crap, there’s no fairness anymore — daylight robbery has taken its place.

I deleted the game over a fortnight ago, not even bothering to see out my season pass. It really is that bad now, and the downward trajectory of the last year shows no sign of levelling off.

RIP, Redecor. The only silver lining to my sadness at a once great game ruined, is that playtika have made it so bad now that I don’t even miss it at all.

Pltk creates immense pressure on their customers. Any changes made in their games are to the detriment of the players/customers. Adverse changes have a very negative and destructive effect on the gaming experience; in frustrated players it often leads to buying behavior, which can lead to addictive behavior. At redecor, since the takeover by pltk, purchased items have been taken away from players. You can get them back through a level status, which is actually cheating.
Pltk is not a good company, I can only advise against using their games.

£90 spent on coins 9 trillion coins all blank spins. Was on site 2 minutes. I’m on level 35000 been on years. So greedy this company more you buy less you get. It’s all fixed right down to the slots jerking reels so u get no coins. More fixed than the mafia. They need to get another job in a supermarket as their utterly useless. Never get anything back. This company absolutely ruined Redecor. They obliterated any ounce of joy I used to feel into a billion microscopic pieces. Greedy, horrific, profit-OBSESSED company. All you see now are pop-ups to buy something, 100% proven fake, algorithm-style “voting” the list goes on for too long. Sad. Just a pathetically sad, sad company.

I'd give ZERO stars if that was an option. Playtika has ruined ReDecor--a home decorating game that I used to love. Ever since Playtika acquired the game (in a deal that looks shady to me) it has been monetized to the point of ridiculousness. There are very few new designs (only re-hashed mediocre designs from years ago), materials needed to complete designs have increased in cost so much that many players aren't able to complete more than one design without getting more coins through either voting (which has a cap) or spending REAL MONEY. This company has driven a fun game into the ground with their greed.

Their platforms are overly aggressive and entirely algorithm-driven, under the guise of playing an actual game.
They are entirely disinterested in user experience, only catering to their own experience as a business. Feedback, customer satisfaction, game experience — not priorities. It’s like signing up to either give your money away, or driven away when you choose not to. Zero respect for companies like this.

The game was originally developed as an interior design game, with rooms to design from a suite of materials (wood, metal, wallpaper, paint, textiles) but lost its way when sold to Israeli gambling company, Playtika and is now haemorrhaging customers (and profits). The designs are endlessly repeated, the voting is clearly fake, materials have become more expensive and the rewards less. But, more fundamentally, there is less and less 'design' (it's been 6 months plus since there was a design theme) and more and more coloring-in - of balloons or shampoo bottles or similar crap. The official facebook page would make Nazi Germany proud - no dissent/constructive criticism/genuine questions are tolerated - questions like "When I level up, how long do I keep my status?" are "against community standards". In addition a lot of replies are nonsensical, suggesting that the admins don't really speak/understand English. Most concerning of all is the number of people who have experienced theft by the game - something that 'support' seems unable or unwilling to remedy (you have to get it sorted by your bank or credit card company).

I'm sure this review mirrors many others. Playtika is just an outright legal stealing business. That's all that they do, get you interested in a game enough to spend money for chips or whatever, then cheat and steal those chips. I'm not sure how this is even legal, but they keep operating and and they're a $4+ billion cheating and stealing factory. I sleep fine at night, because I don't make a living from stealing from others, not sure how they sleep....what a miserable stealing cheating immoral corporation.

Playtika bought and completely destroyed what was an amazingly creative game. Have now uninstalled and will not be returning.

I have ben playing Redecor for approximately a month. It's a fun and addicting game but in order to create decent designs you have to spend real money. The items you purchase are expensive, you only get 5 uses and have to buy it again if you want to continue using it. In order to unlock an item you pay with star coins which take a long time to earn, after you pay with the star coins, which usually depletes what you had, you now have to pay with your regular coins. They limit you on items for each decoration, you don't have the choice of using everything you purchased. And the items they choose for you don't go well with each other. There is a petition about this game to change their policies on Change.com. I don't mind paying the beginning of each season, but I shouldn't have to keep paying to play.
