Very helpful would recommend !

Platinum Biolabs has been excellent from the very start. My orders arrived quickly, and their text updates make the whole process smooth and stress‑free. Customer service has also been consistently responsive and helpful. After almost a month on their peptides, I can confidently say they run a reliable, well‑organized operation. Highly recommend.

You’re getting a true and tested product with real results. Beyond that, the customer service and experience is so personal. Highly recommend!

From the prices to the fast shipping, the great customer service. Sean is on top of everything !!! PBs wolverine stack is awesome, its only been a few weeks and the difference its made i cant even explain. I will be placing my next order soon. Great job on the website too!!

I was given this website name by a dear friend who knew I was struggling with health issues and she said they have a great track record for clean quality products. I gave them a try and I must say, I have been "baby stepping slowly",( micro- dosing Reta ) but the products are great so far and Sean has been amazing at communicating and answering questions. The shipping was fast and professional and I am very happy PB was recommended to me. One tip, do your research and learn as much as you can about peptides and other supplements so you can make wise choices.

Platinum has been fantastic, their products are solid, shipping is fast and their customer service is bar none. Great experience with them! I have referred lots of friends.

This experience has proven very positive for my husband and me. My husband says he's feeling better and sleeping better than he has in years. I an experiencing less brain fog and better endurance when I work out. We are in our 70s and thought what we were going through was just from what people would say, "getting older." HA!! Well, it isn't always the case, and these product have helped out bodies function better at what God designed to do than ever. Thank you to the researchers and team at Platinum Biolabs, for all you do. Special thanks to Sean, for the personalized support and quick responses.

Amazing quality!!!! Amazing customer service!!! One stop shop

PB is the first company that delivers perfect clean products, they’re very quick to ship orders and never had any issues with them. Sean is very helpful and responsive if you have any questions or need help with reconstructions or dosages. Have lost 30 pounds and kept significant muscle mass, not even mentioning I still had energy during the trainings.

order and turned out well. quality. fast.

I’ve had a great experience with Platinum Biolabs and especially with Shashank. From the beginning, he has been very responsive, helpful, and willing to answer my questions.

What really stood out to me was how they handled an issue with one of my orders. I realized that I had made a mistake when placing the order, and Shashank immediately took care of it and issued the refund with no questions asked. That kind of customer service and integrity goes a long way with me.

Since then, he has continued to help me with questions and point me in the right direction when I needed information. I really appreciate the time he has taken to help and the way he has treated me as a customer.

I also appreciate the transparency with their products. Having COAs available is important to me, and Platinum Biolabs provides COAs for their products, which gives me another level of confidence when making a purchase.

Great customer service, great communication, and a very positive experience overall. Definitely 5 stars from me!

Thank you, Shashank! I really appreciate all your help. 🙏🏼

Great line of products, great prices, wonderful customer service! I will be using them again!

High quality peptides that arrive in 2 days. Great lab that I’ll be coming back to.

First off let me say the customer service(Sean) is A1. I love that you can speak to a real person.Sean gone above and beyond to assist with any questions or concerns. As far as the product I’m already seeing and loving my results. This company is the real deal.

Easy transactions. Quality and affordable products. Customer service that you can actually speak to and get answers from. I've tried a few similar sites and this has been my favorite.

I started taking reta on 7/19/2026 and have already successfully lost over 20lbs. It hasn't once made me sick to my stomach. I have since joined as an affiliate and I am able to help others with their health journey. This company and their support are absolutely amazing. Will continue to support them for all of my future health goals.

Love this brand and their products. Shipment came in clean and products were some of the purest i've bought from the research market.

Highly suggest!

Good stuff!

I cannot recommend Platinum Biolabs highly enough! As a medical business owner in California, I work with many vendors and suppliers, and I can honestly say that Shashank, the owner and founder, has provided the best customer service.

From the very beginning, he was incredibly responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and transparent. Every question I had was answered almost immediately, and his communication was exceptional. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way he does.

Shashank made the entire process seamless, kept me informed every step of the way, and even arranged overnight shipping so I could receive my order as quickly as possible. His dedication to his customers is truly unmatched.
