Customer Service is excellent! They will send you samples to try the bag. I have ordered from them in the past and now have new cans so they are great! Very reactive and expertise is excellent.

This company is one of the very few businesses that really care about customer satisfaction. I will continue doing business here.

Had to make a return. Michelle answered promptly and I will start the process. I believe my mistake could have happened while ordering on line. The sizes I selected were not the item needed. We are using the larger size, returning the unopened box but will order the correct size next time. My guess user error -me.

The bags are the best I’ve ever had. They are so strong and fit my trash can perfectly. No tugging to get it to fit.
Also customer service was excellent. I did not recall the exact bag I ordered. Michelle was able to pull that up for me quickly.

Information supplied was what I was looking for, however when I wanted to order this item about 6-8 weeks ago you indicated you were out of stock and that you would keep my request on file and notify me when you received a new shipment -- apparently this was overlooked and I did not receive any information that that the Blue Code K was back in stock.

I have tried several brands and none fit my 45 gallon cart. Most brands tell me to purchase 55 gal bags but the circumference was incorrect and I had to clip three edges in order for the bag to not fall through.

I have been using PlasticPlace for several years now. For me, it was being able to find bags sized for Simple Human trash cans. Such a better price, better bulk buy packaging, and a good quality bag. I'll be a PlasticPlace customer for as long as I am putting bags in trash cans.

was great got back to me on my questions very fast. Resolved my issue and was a pleasure to work with.

I have ordered two times from the website plasticplace.com. and paid through shop.com. Both times I received an order confirmation for the item I ordered with an additional item that I did not order. The first time I ordered, I contacted them through e-mail and they said they would need to cancel the order then I could do a reorder for the item I wanted. The second time I received another notice that my order was confirmed and it showed that the order was correct. Not sure what the problem is with their system or it could be shop.com. As a result, I will not order directly from them as I found out I could order their products from Amazon who I trust.
