I cannot recommend Willow enough! Their plant monitoring sensors have been an absolute game-changer for me, taking all the guesswork out of my plant care.

Recently, I noticed a battery draining faster than expected on one of my sensors. I reached out to their support team, and the response I got from Genevieve was incredible. She didn't just send a generic troubleshooting reply—she provided an incredibly in-depth analysis of the data from my specific sensors, pinpointed exactly what might be going wrong, and immediately offered a replacement sensor and fresh batteries to get everything back up and running smoothly.

The level of care, detail, and genuine helpfulness they provide is amazing and rare to find these days. If you want a brilliant product backed by an outstanding support team, look no further. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic experience with Plant With Willow. My plants have never been happier, quite literally thriving now that my plants have a voice. I highly recommend Plant With Willow, I'll definitely be ordering from them again!

I’ve been using Willow sensors for almost 4 months. This is my experience so far:
Cons: 1. The leaves of some plants shade the sensor resulting in poor light readings. Constant alerts pester you to move the plant to a brighter spot that is not needed. There is no way that I’ve found to switch this off for individual sensors.
2. I didn’t check the rule of batteries needed. They are not easy to find unless you order from Willow directly.
3. Some of the moisture probes don’t give accurate readings and I overwatered some plants. The sensor doesn’t recognise moisture in looser bark based or orchid compost (I have this in an anthurium) accurately at all. This triggers persistent alerts.

Pros: 1. Customer Services responded quickly to problems (faulty sensor/probe was replaced promptly. When new sensors I had ordered arrived with a low % of battery power in several sensors, new batteries were sent out free of charge).
2. The alerts are a useful reminder to keep on top of watering or water less depending on the type of plant. My bird of paradise is thriving but the sensor does tend to prompt me to overwater.
I ignore the majority of the alerts. Would I buy the system again or recommend? No. The sensors are too unreliable. I’ve had houseplants for a long time and if I didn’t have background knowledge and relied on the sensors alone, there would be a lot of frazzled and/or overwatered plants in my house.
I went all in with the amount of sensors that I bought as I was experimenting. The system is expensive and does not live up to my expectations.

The sensors aren't Wi-Fi connectable, so no Google Home, Alexa etc connectivety. No smart home control. Needs old skool hub.
Sensors are not rechargeable. The batteries in the sensors are an enormous button type CR2477. My first sensor died after 6 weeks. So you'd better buy those button batteries in bulk.
It just is not worth the money. Better to wait for an improved offering or investigate a Wi-Fi-enabled system.
Also, I couldn't find my plants. Even after typing in the Latin. if you want to use the identify plants, you get a couple, then you need the obligatory subscription.
Bit of a rip off really.

Love it. Been using it for a few months now. I was struggling with a few that I wanted in the front room, so this has helped me loads. Had one minor that customer support worked through with me super quickly (I'd forgot to take the protective cap off ha).

I have been using Willow for a couple of years now and find them to be amazing. I’ve previously overwatered and killed most indoor plants I’ve ever had. Willow has helped me keep my indoor plants alive and thriving. The sensor tells me when to water, fertilise and give my plants more light! I can’t recommend Willow enough for plant maintenance, fertilisers and shiny leaves! Thankyou Willow.

My plants have been their happiest since I bought these sensors. They have flowered heaps and pushed out so many new leaves since I've been taking care of them with guidance from the sensors. I would now say I have a successful "green" thumb! I have even bought some grow lights at the recommendation of these sensors too.

The Willow system saves me time trying to become an expert in all the different species of plants I'm trying to keep alive. I used to water all of them the same amount at the same time whenever I remembered and many suffered. Now it's set and forget until I get a helpful notification letting me know when each one actually wants water.

Love the little plant monitors. My record with houseplants has never been good, this has been a game changer. Easy to operate and easy to read through the app. No more dead plants for me.

The plant sensors are most incredible things ever. I love the sassy mode and show it off to friends and family all the time. My plants are now thriving

Apart from the price, the product works as intended. I have not had a plant die on me since I opted into Willow. I currently have 8 Sensors, and all my plants are thriving.

I bought one so I could finally keep a Bird of Paradise plant looked after.

First of all, took me a while to realise it was in "Sassy Mode"... Not explained in any literature I received but so bloody rude, I almost binned it... like your plant talking to you like a Millwall FC football supporter. "How about you water me, yeah!?". If it didn't cost £30 I'd have just chucked it on the bonfire out of spite!

Anyway, it asks you to water the plant, remove the sensor, water the plant, wait a few minutes, then put the sensor back... it then has a go at you for watering it too much even though it's totally free draining and can't retain any moisture beyond what has run through it 🤷😂🤦 FFS.

The long and short is it works as a good reminder, but it's all over the place!

I need the reminders, I don't need the grief afterwards... compared to AI products these days, this is definitely the retarded, angry cousin that needs a huge upgrade from it's software creators.

I wont buy another one, but its handy, just no where near as good as advertised.
