I was worried as I missed the delivery on the Friday so didn't receive it til the Monday and I was picturing the plant being half dead but I needn't have worried as tge plant I bought was beautifully packaged and in fantastic condition!

I bought an Elderberry Haschberg, which is not as common, hence I was glad to find one. Reasonably priced, good packaging, healthy plant, all good. To me, that would be four stars. Th fifth is for NOT sending me emails for order confirmation, packed, sent, on its way, do you want something else, etc pp. No clogging up my mailbox, thank you, and a phone number one can call if needed. Excellent!

High quality roses,a tad on the expensive side, but you get what you paid for, good condition and good variety.This was the only nursery I found with the variety I was looking for,and the customer service was excellent.

The plants arrived well packaged in sustainable packing. They are health and have good root systems.

Having moved to Plymouth area recently, wanting to furnish new home and garden with plants, I decided to visit this nursery on Sunday 2nd of February 25. First thing I noticed, from the car park, was how run down it looked. Looks more like some abandoned warehouses where gang members bring dogs to fight or barter deals. Broken windows framed by concrete asbestos roofing, Nice! Next thing I noticed walking around the store were all the bare shelves, where is all the stock and choice? Finally all the overly aggressive signs everywhere around every corner, mostly about consumer rights, competition and guarantees really finished off my interests. The majority of printed signs were full of spelling errors too. Obviously went to effort and expense to have them printed up, so why not refine all the passive aggression properly? Basically the store moto seems to be 'if you don't like our policies, go elsewhere we don't care blah de blah' ..so guess what? I did. Almost felt sorry for the staff working there, you just know there's no gratitude at the end of their shifts.

* Could you please stop publishing that under respective reviews? Perhaps instead change your company name/website to something less generic. Review is very clearly captioned from the offset. Hope the real Plants Galore do not get wind of the fact you've stolen their name.

Lovely plants, packed really well thank you. I had a call and a email because a couple of the items were out of stock so I was offered replacements which I accepted.
Only deducting a star because there was one pansy missing in the pots and I thought delivery was a bit pricey.
Very healthy plants and will use again.

I bought my Christmas tree in early December from Plants Galore near Totnes this year and when I went to dress the tree, despite having cut off a slice from the trunk and kept it outside in a bucket of water until today (18th), I found some of the branches were already bare and there was a lot of needle drop when I dressed the tree. Having paid £49.99 (for 6-7ft tree that was 6’2”) I found this very disappointing as the tree was obviously cut far too early. I will be looking elsewhere next year for my tree.
