Second time i have brought plants from them both lots were brilliant will definitely buy from them again

Absolutely brilliant service. I ordered some Cyclamen on the Friday and they arrived the following Monday. The plants were in excellent condition and very well packaged. Good contact from the owner too... Thank you very much.

Plants were nice, packaged well. Total lack of customer service - they don’t respond to emails. They don’t provide a receipt or invoice despite charging VAT and are yet to provide one after constant chasing. My impression is that this is a very amateur operation and they appear to be out of their depth... Such a shame as I would like to support small businesses.

Sound quality, reliable delivery and extremely competitive pricing. Massively cheaper than our local garden centres, and no problems of repeat journeys while waiting for stock to come in. We re-ordered without hesitation. Neighbours impressed too.
Much easier to deal direct by telephone than through a very inflexible online system. Decent people to deal with.
We were initially nervous about plants coming by courier but it was in no way deleterous to the quality of what we received.

I have just had my cyclamen delivered and I am seriously impressed. The process of purchasing, the speed of delivery and excellent packaging puts the bigger companies I usually deal with to shame. I bought the larger cyclamen in 9cm pots and much to my surprise every single one is in full flower with a variety of colours. Very pleased and will buy from you again. Thank you!

This is the second aloe plant I have ordered and will definitely order more the first one I ordered have been repotted 3 times and has more than doubled in size! I also received a personal email thanking me for my purchase and how nice it is to see returning customers, and should I need help she would be more than happy. To receive an email that isn’t automated these days is lovely!! Overall this little plant company is lovely and highly recommend them!!!

A strong, healthy and well-shaped Christmas Box shrub arrived - promptly and in perfect condition, thanks to the expertly designed packaging. The plant was also cheaper than smaller specimens on sale elsewhere. I can't fault Plants by Post, and I will certainly be back for more.

Not Quite: I liked the subscription pineapple plant but the plastic pot was not that aesthetically pleasing.
